There was an eternal sound of a train passing by all night long. It was impossible to sleep. Do not recommend for this reason.

The place was a couple of minutes away from the train station! We only stayed for 1 night since we were leaving Tokyo. But it was a great stay! The room had everything we needed. It was comfortable for 2 people. The room includes everything you need from toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, sandals, etc etc coffee, creamers, tea! The bed was comfortable and we slept good. Also, our departure flight was late at night on the day we check out so the staff was very kind and let us storage our luggages there while we went out for a couple of hours to explore to kill some time before heading to the airport N/A

Room pictured is not room we got. Room so small no place to open luggage. Room is a love hotel which we did not realize. Caters to short stay guests. Condoms provided in rooms.

The location was perfect, and my room was gorgeous. The only thing I could think of is that the noise from the train could wake you in the morning.

Value for money. Good location. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Thankfully the train noise stops over night.

Very clean and modern. Very close the train station (pretty noisy, but it's ok). Not so close to metro. You can feel cold in the area of the door (not well isolated). Our room didn't lock itself, so we had to ask each time to lock / unlock our room.

can't beat the location, right next to the train station and only 1 stop away from Shinjuku, but much cheaper. staff very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out. Will definitely stay again

We didn’t realise it was a ‘love’ hotel when we booked it, however it was still a great stay. Fantastic location, super close to 2 train stations, staff were helpful and the room was surprisingly big and pretty nice. Just a little noisy being close to train stations. But can’t be helped and trains stop at midnight.

The location was very convenient, Staff went above and beyond on service and understanding. The rooms were a bit compact, the toilet was in a closet,probably best if there was no door. But these are very minor inconveniences.

Very small room but exactly as much space as we needed. Very close to a train line so bring earplugs. Great location for transit and food! This is a love hotel so if you're uncomfortable or don't know what that means (google it) don't stay here. Very discrete and great service though.
