Convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful and most spoke English. Rooms were clean and functional. We didn’t experience any problems and were everything met expectations.

Very good hotel, great location near the train station. Very clean and comfortable. The room is small but vey well designed and enough for all. Self check in and check out process.

Good location, trained staff, convenience with limousine bus services to and from airport. The housekeeping still has room to improve. The bathroom still has hairs on the floor and in the tub.

Convenient location, close to Shinjuku Station. Airport Bus was also very convenient to use, going straight to Haneda. Lots of places nearby. Very clean and spacious room. We were a group of 3 and all were very comfortable

The location is great. Added value is that this hotel has its own stop for the bus limousine which takes you non stop to the airports. I always stick to this hotel when I come to Tokyo
