Excellent location and service Room was too small
-
Location was great. Shinjuku station right around the corner. Room was spacious and the layouts made the room seem even bigger. Staffs at the front entrance were friendly. While we were there it rained and they were always ready handing out umbrellas to guests. Pricey compared to other hotels we stayed at that offered more amenities.

I liked the bathtub Rooms are cramped .. poorly lit ..

Clean and convenient. Comfortable. Room was small for two adults, but that’s normal for Tokyo.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Shinjuku. The location was excellent, with easy access to trains, restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do in Tokyo. It made a great base for exploring the city. The staff were outstanding and truly went above and beyond for us. I accidentally left my MacBook on the Romancecar train, and the hotel staff helped me track it down and figure out how to retrieve it. Their kindness and assistance made a stressful situation much easier, and I was extremely grateful. Overall, this was a great hotel with a fantastic location and exceptional staff. I would happily stay here again. The only advice I would give future guests is to book the room with breakfast included if you plan to eat at the hotel. Adding breakfast later was more expensive, so it is better to include it when making the reservation.

Very comfortable bed, nice room (get the 25m). Recommend ??

Good location close to a Lawson and Shinjuku Station. The hotel is clean. The rooms are a bit run down. The beds have a topper on them and it’s a bit weird. Perhaps an older mattress that they are trying to make more comfortable?

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and as always, it was absolutely wonderful! I was lucky enough to return on my birthday, and the staff made a point of acknowledging it, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. There’s not much to say about the comfort because it’s simply the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. The staff are exceptionally kind, and I especially want to thank Saki, who helped me book transportation for my next destination and truly went above and beyond to make everything easier for me. The location is perfect- just about a 7-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient to get there directly from Narita Airport. There’s no doubt that I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Japan. Absolutely nothing.

Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly & helpful staff. Great onsite restaurant. The coin laundry onsite took an extremely long time to dry. We had to run the dryer about 4 cycles for it to dry our clothes enough that we could hang them up in our room to finish drying.

Great Location Small room space
-
Location was phenomenal - good value price for what you got
-
The location was ideal. Very close to the train station and to other activities in the area. The breakfast wasn't that great. The quality of the food was just ok, more local food would have been appreciated.
-
Location and staff were good The rooms were pretty small but I guess that is standard in Japan

The hotel is in a great location. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in getting our luggage shipped to our hotel in Osaka. Having a washer/dryer on our floor was also great as we ended up using it one night. The rooms are very clean but a bit small.

Location, cleanliness and staff was great and helpful Nothing
-
The location was easily accessible from the train station and was very helpful to get connected to various parts of tokyo.Had all the required basic shopping and eateries in walkable distance. Nothing in particular, as a first time traveller to Japan, I did not find anything missing.A place one can easily choose if they want to stay in and around shinjuku area.
