We liked that it was a pretty easy place to stay. We didn’t have any issues at all while we were there. The supreme twin rooms are really the only way to go there. We had a nice city view from our window. The staff was kind and went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. The regular twin rooms are just too small. We did upgrade one of the rooms to a supreme twin room. Also, I don’t know why, but there was so much dust on the nightstands. Other than that it was pretty clean. The supreme twin rooms have awesome bathrooms. I’m not sure why but the lobby smells like poo poo. I have a very sensitive news and I noticed it every time we walked in and out of the building - maybe there’s a problem with the plumbing?

The room was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Having the bathtub was nice, and the water was hot. The room was very quiet. The hotel is just a ten minute walk from the Shinjuku train station. It's a lively area with lots of restaurants, but you don't hear any noise in the room. The buffet breakfast was good. Slightly inconvenient that you need to turn on the refrigerator when you first check-in. Not sure that saves much energy. Otherwise no complaints.

Friendly and helpful staff That I didn't stay longer

Loved this property for its location to SHINJUKU and the helpful staff! The room was clean and orderly. The emphasis on conservation was admirable also. The lights were out in bedroom 1

The staff was great and location was fine. Very close to the subway lines. Easy walking to restaurants and entertainment areas. The location was great during the day but seemed a bit sketchy at night. Also, it was to be expected, but the rooms were small.

It’s location is good The room was tiny, don’t even think of bringing a large suitcase, it won’t fit in the room. The breakfast had very limited choices & if a container of food ran out, it wasn’t replaced. Dirty plates were not picked up until you left

Breakfast was very limited.

We appreciated its location in Shinjuku. Everything was close, easy walking but the hotel is just on the fringe so it was quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Small room, small bathroom.

Space was cramped for a family of 4 with 2 daughters aged 20 and 17.

It was unexpectedly good (I just booked a business hotel and didn’t expect much). The staff was absolutely amazing. The area where it is located, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

I loved how clean the property was. I loved having breakfast in the morning. Though I didn’t get the chance to use them, I enjoyed that there was a laundry room. Loved that there was multilingual staff. Most importantly, the location was excellent! Nothing I didn’t like!

Bathrooms good. Staff was nice. Tiny rooms that do not look like the photos on the website. Make sure you book more expensive rooms or you will get a closet.
