NADESHIKO HOTEL SHIBUYA - Caters to Women

Door to the 4th floor where my sleeping area was did not lock, most expensive stay but it was run down and not inviting or comfortable. Stairs between floors were gross, dirty and served as a smoking area. Inconvenient check-in process and staff not friendly.

I liked the location and that it was women only . It’s very close to shibuya and other places without being close to the city noise and whatnot . The property has no elevator , the stairs , pods were not clean up to standard and the place was not well lit . Also , you have to use a card to get into the bath and your room , and the building so it’s a bit more complicated to maneuver within the building if you don’t carry your card everywhere . Love that for safety but it’s a bit much once in the building , double edged sword there . The bath equipment wasn’t clean , the temp of the bath varied A LOT . The “ kitchen area “ was subpar as well . I had to ask for a new pillow bc mine had so many stains . I wish I took more photos .

I had access to two lockers, one didn't work and then the other one got stuck and I had to come back for my jacket later which took me about an hour and a couple phone calls. It was inconvenient but it wasn't the worst.

Good location Extremely stuffy and the fan did not work in my pod. Beds are also very hard and thin. There’s also only elevators so it’s not accessible. Needed help carrying my bag up. The shower is also not private FYI. Glad I only stayed a night. Wouldn’t stay again, unfortunately.

The onsen was so nice to have. Clear instructions about how to get in. Bedding etc was nice. Wishing the hotel would hold luggage after 10 for travelers/storage lockers were bigger. Also the bathroom/changing area didn’t have plugs for use.

It’s close to the hub of shibuya without being too inside. It makes for a quieter atmosphere when you want to relax and an easy walk for when you want to explore!

Some of the facilities, like the stairwells and baths, were somewhat grimy, and the rooms had a hard time staying cool

Capsule is hot

The room itself was fine. Plenty of space to put my things. They gave me a yukata which was cool. Staff was very friendly. They offered a great selection of freebies for toiletry needs. The shower/onsen area had mold. The beds were hard.

The capsule was very cold at night, needed an extra blanket or more heat.

The bathroom space and other amenities were amazing. The rooms were quiet and clean.

Nothing It was gross and unclean. Worst place I have ever stayed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Quiet and nice public bath. They accommodated my after hours check in.

The location is about 15mnt walk from the center which is good so not too noisy. However there are plenty of places to grab food even at 11pm. The room is at 3rd & 4th floor. So make sure don’t take 2- 23kg luggages.

The window screens had holes in them and I got bit by mosquitoes. The AC was not working and the pillow they provided was super flat ?

Clean and very accesible to everything. The location was walking distance to shopping, dining places and most of all walking distance to Shibuya Station which is great if you're travelling. Probably the staff should be more helpful and should be more patient and with good ENGLISH communication skills so and should also SMILE with a pleasing personality.

It was clean . Amenities were nice It has no elevator even tho guest has to go up to 4th floor for bed. So some girls were struggling to carry up their big suitcase.
