The bed is too soft

It was a very clean and comfortable place. The beds were really nice. The morning simple breakfast was fine. Nothing special. Simple. The nightgown and the free amenities were a nice bonus! We slept well in the bed after a long day of travel. We decided to get take out and asked if we could eat in the dining room or the lounge area and they said no. Nobody was there. We travelled with 2 of our friend and it would have been nice to eat together in the empty lounge or dining room. Instead we ate in the tiny room with 4 people.

Quiet. Good house keeping. No Luggage storage upon checkout. No Hot water kettle in room. No coffee, tea in room.

You can’t beat the location. Located by lots of restaurants. Egg sandwich in the morning nice. The room was a little dingy. It could definitely use a paint job.
-
Great location, nice room, good breakfast included
-
Breakfast was excellent. Great way to start the day off Pool would have been nice. ? more shopping in the area

Excellent location, would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Tokyo for the first time. Beds were a little firm but that’s the norm in Japan!

Location, comfort of the room, cleanliness’s
-
Very close to train station, clean, easy check in/out with kiosk, friendly staff.
-
Beds were good and shower room being separate from WC. Modern design. Rooms were cleaned every day. Hotel provided water only once. Lack of storage. Having more hanging places or flat surfaces would jave been helfull. Walls need a new coat of paint- you can see scuffmarks and dents everywhere.
-
The hotel doesn't provide water bottles everyday, only 1 bottle per person on the first day. There isnt hot water dispensers available. The curtains aren't blackout curtains as well you will get blasted by the sun at 5am in the morning.

Loved how close we were to Ebisu station! The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. The room needed some maintenance, there were holes in the wall where the bed had pushed into, the air conditioning/heating was not consistent.

The location and the staff are always good. This is my second time staying in the hotel. It's quite convenient to visit everywhere. The room is nice and neat. The smell in the corridor is kinda strange, like deep-fried fish. It's not too strong but noticeable. The room itself smells fresh. The light switch near the sink keeps on falling off.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and close to shopping. Metro station 5 minute walk. The hotel is situated on a quiet street. Bedding was very comfortable and the room was very sound proof. No closet, 2 hangers. You had to keep your clothes in your suitcase and keep your suitcases upright as there was little room to manoeuvre.

Location. All the shops in Ebisu, Daikanyama, and Naka-Meguro are all steps away. The Hibiya line is also very close, which gets you to a lot of offerings in central Tokyo. The rooms don't have a real chair to sit in. The television only has Japanese language channels. No microwave or hot pot to boil water.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location!
-
Location and Very Helpful Staff The rooms needs a real chair to sit in.
-
They should have hot water pot in room especially for those of us who don't function without coffee in A.M.
-
Facilities are exceptionally clean, staff is very welcoming and the Lobby attendant spoke excellent English when needed. Included breakfast is pretty good.

Our room was not as nice as I was expecting and a bit small
