HOTEL GRAPHY SHIBUYA

Breakfast was awesome. ??. Couldn’t ask for better service. Excellent staff, location was great. Easy to walk to and from various attractions. Small room.

Staff on entry were friendly and professional. The bed was fine. The "Lounge" was disappointing, barely anywhere to sit, no kitchen or services. The room was too small for 6 people and others came in loud, talking past 1AM, waking up others. Showers/Changing rooms are not being cleaned enough, I noticed garbage on the floor in the evening still present the next morning. Another guest I talked to also expressed disappointment and regretted having booked a week there. This company also run The Millenials which I stayed at in Kyoto and was expecting similar facilities.

Not clean at all. Hairs everywhere, dust everywhere. Random bed smells almost every night.

Location is great! Staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast wasn’t well worth and delicious. Happy hour is really good and staff is very generous. I met other travelers easily and ended up hanging with them for a few days. Rooms were clean and typical for a good dorm style room. It was a little pricey but I think that is the nature of the local and facility

We had a decent stay at Hotel Graphy. My partner and I booked a double room and the little sofa area was very helpful for our luggage repacking. The hotel had a very nice bar and the bartenders made incredible cocktails. The location is excellent. It's on a quiet street within walking distance to all the nightlife around Shibuya/Ebisu. We were able to walk to the clubs we wanted to go to and walk home, even in the cold and rain, without too much trouble. It's a little bit of a walk from the main station, but it's worth it for the quieter vibe. There is also a great laundry facility next door, where you can digitally monitor the machines. This really came in handy with for our busy schedule in Tokyo. They also let us drop our luggage before check-in which was very helpful and we definitely took advantage of the free umbrellas they had to borrow as it snowed in Tokyo that day! There was a planned water outage while we were staying there during the peak time we would've been showering. I appreciated that they let us know ahead of time though, so we could plan accordingly. The bathroom was very, very small and it smelled a little like sewage at certain points of our stay. The towels we received by default were also very small – more hand towel sized. We ended up having to go downstairs and request full-size towels. I would say, overall, the rooms are very standard for a Tokyo budget hotel.

i like the new, clean facility of graphy. the price of nightly stay was amazing for what you got. really enjoyed the bar and to rooftop lounge for relaxation. the rooms were a bit cramped but overall very pleased. the smell in the rooms could be improved.

A little difficult to get to as it was off the major street down the alleyway.

Unique history of hotel in local Shinuya town. Very quiet and smartly designed functional facilities and simple enough to enjoy atmosphere. Many international hotel guests. Rooftop lounge with good view and pool game table. I like it. Male and Female are staying in a same room. Bit embarrassing. Hotel management should be able to separate the room for different gender.

Very stylish hotel interior. Clean and functional. Hotel staffs are so friendly with English communication. Top floor lounge has good view with pool table Locker is too small Top floor lounge has no enough numbers of seating.

Very clean, helpful staff, great location Nothing! The only critique is that they need to upkeep their pool cues in the billiard room.

Good place a short stay

This property is clean. It has a restaurant on the first floor, which is a plus to me. It also has a small entertainment area on the top 7th floor with a pool table and a terrace where people can smoke. I wish there were a tv in the room.

The room was a little small but that makes sense for Tokyo!

FOOD WAS GREAT! KEEP UP IN MAINTAINING A HIGH STANDARD WITH YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS! NONE AT THIS TIME.
