Location, Rooms, staff and cleanness

Close to the station AC was leaking inside the room

Great location, very close to Shibuya station. There’s also a 24 hr convenience store right next door. Hotel staff are very helpful as well. Plus you can stream Netflix on their smart TV. It’s not very clearly communicated that you need to make a request for full room service at a price (although it was not expensive).

a little expensive but i think tokyo just is
-
Clean. Able to cook simple meals and do laundry. Pillows too soft.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.Cafe downstairs was great. The room was very small, smaller than expected. Balcony also smaller than expected.

We stayed here recently for eight nights. The location is excellent if you plan to explore the city using the train system as Shibuya stop is only a short walk away and is a large station with many connecting lines, however the hotel is quiet. The Shibuya complex also has many restaurants and coffee shops. Nearby is a cute restaurant and a convenience store that has everything. The hotel is well stocked with nice extras. The rooms are a bit small but most are in Japan. The addition of the washer/dryer was perfect as it was half way through our stay. You can get towel and trash service every day easily. The staff is friendly and helpful. Could have used a few more hangers but that’s minor.

We were first in annex - small and tired, needed freshing especially in balcony. Then we upgraded to main hotel. Room was much better. Room in annex was a bit shabby - balcony was rusted.
-
The lobby and staff Didn’t realize it’s the annex
-
Location. Price. Quality Coffe machine in the lobby was broken. It took a while to get it fixed.
-
Helpful if they would provide buffet breakfast.
-
The staff were friendly, room was bigger than most rooms in Japan and the washer/dryer in the room was handy Nothing

Laundry in the room was great. the view was very peaceful

Perfect location, very close to the station, super convenient. The room was very cute and organized, including even a microwave and washing machine. I was very happy with this hotel choice for my stay in Tokyo. Because I stayed a little longer in this hotel, I wish regular room cleaning was included.

Rooms were clean, walking distance to everything we needed. Had a washer/dryer that our family needed This was minor, but there were no washcloths in the bathroom. Not sure if that’s the case for all hotels in Japan. US hotels we’ve been used to having wash cloths. But they did have a body sponge in the lobby available for guests to take. My husband was able to buy some at 7-11.

Great location Nothing

Easily accessible from Shibuya Station and nearby Shibuya Scramble. Balcony was nice, Washer/dryer unit in room was very handy! View from the balcony wasn't spectacular, but not a dealbreaker.
-
The free coffee in the lobby. The staff was very helpful. Small room, train noise, shower nozzle didn’t stay put. No maid service.

Some staff not available

Remembering to put out the sign early in the morning for light cleaning or garbage disposal. Didn't like the train noise but got use to it after. The hallway noise can be heard easily & next doors opening & closing were audible.
