We booked this to be in Shibuya. The room was decently sized and staff were friendly. We knew it wasn’t going to be a 5 star hotel experience and that was fine Our bathroom had a strong smell. I suspect it was due to the water (smelled this odor in other locations too), but it was much stronger here. Probably since the bathroom was a small enclosed space.

Prime location to downtown Shibuya ! Very accommodating and helping , even let us store extra luggage for a few days while we traveled further west to other parts of Japan!

Location amazingly close to Shibuya Station. Area not busy. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Room small, great bathroom, no bath. Bath

The location was perfect and also the staff. They booked me in to a smoking room and I don’t smoke. We had to change rooms the next day. The rooms where very poor conditions, ripped carpet walls were in poor condition also the furniture was in poor condition.

Outstanding location, excellent staff, and for the coffee being instant, it was great. I’ll stay there again when I’m back in the area! A slight challenge defined as it is duct off down a side street.

The he photos online, are not from the same hotel. The grand bell needs to be remodel completely to look like in the advertising pictures. The entire hotel it’s old, dark and the walls are damaged.

Location. Cost. Staff. Cleanliness. Bathrooms are perfect. Rooms are tiny. No real common or lobby area. Not a lot of space if you have large suitcases. We had a view of nothing but were so jet lagged it didn’t matter. Not a room/hotel that was nice to hang out in on a rainy night.

The room is small but comfortable. Everything you need is in easy reach. The location is good -- steps from Shibuya Station (South), and a few blocks from Shibuya Crossing and all the excitement there. The shower in particular was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Climate control was lacking (the room was quite hot, and I don't think that was adjustable), but we had them open a window and it was comfortable enough for our stay.

Very convenient, near shibuya station and very clean hotel. Some plumbing issue where every night at 20:00 the room began to smell poorly. Not a huge issue: just open the windows.
