Just a minute walk away from Shibuya crossing, very nice and large rooms compared to Japanese hotels. We made a reservation mistake but staff helped us to solve the issue.

Great location to train station and shopping + food. Our two teenage kids loved the area! It was a little difficult to find the hotel the first time just because we had not been before and there is so much going on in the area.

Extremely well located above the Shibuya train station, a few min walk from the famous Shibuya Crossing and what feels like thousands of fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops. Nothing!

The property had washer/dryers on every floor which is a big deal to me, I loved that you could see the status of each washer/dryer on the tv. We got really lucky and got a good view of Shibuya crossing The customer service was great and the location was close to Shibuya station There is a cute robot that delivers items to your room when you request them from the front desk Everything is modern and there are restaurants within the building

Perfect location! Walking distance from Shibuya Crossing and stores! A bit confusing to get there from metro... miss signs. It should mention that the lobby is in the 4th floor.

Great location. Easy access to restaurants and transportation. The complex it is in has many restaurants and access to the majority of transportation lines in Tokyo. The hotel room was also more spacious than expected. The breakfast wasn’t very good but I don’t think that should deter you from staying there.

The location is perfect for first time in Tokyo especially if you like going out. Many bar and club around, a lot of shopping and great restaurants. The hotel itself was ok but I found the lift a but long and ,my room was at the opposite side which took me some time to reach it. My room was small but super clean and good enough for my stay. There are also plenty of sightseeing reachable super easily from the hotel The lift, too long. it made me crazy to wait so long for max 6 floors.

Amazing location. Very clean and modern rooms. It was a little tight for a family of four (not too much space for luggage) but the extra bed was a real bed, very comfortable.

The room was large compared to other Tokyo hotels and well-appointed with lots of pillows, towels, and bath products. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very quiet. We loved the view over Tokyo from the large window.
