overbooking. bed cover were thin. Room was stale , slight smokingish smell made me caugh and couldn’t sleep.

Breakfast buffet was excellent value for the price. Also staffer Imai Tapalia was excellent as the hostess for the restaurant; her bubbly personality was a nice way to start the day.

bathroom was smaller than usual. room size is OK and room temperature could not be changed. Only option was low/med/hi, so it was warmer than usual.

It is connected to a large shopping mall which is convenient for last minute shopping. The whole building looks old & needs updating. The bathroom was a typical prince hotel small size. The sitting area in the lobby is small. Needs more sitting chairs for guests who are checking in and out.

Big groups tend to form in lobby due to tour groups which makes it difficult to reach staff at peak times.

Able to take limousine bus directly from Narita to hotel, FamilyMart on 1st floor, and directly connected to Sunshine City Mall. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Highly recommend Sunshine City Prince Hotel for your Tokyo vacation.

The hotel is directly connected to the Sunshine City Mall and also has a very convenient Konbini on the 1st level. It's also a stop on the Airport Limousine route right outside the hotel. It would be great if they could put a roof over that area as it's on the street and open to any kind of inclement weather. n/a

The room was comfortable and had a lovely view. The hotel does have centralised heating and cooling, but it was really comfortable when we stayed during a very warm late May. The hotel being attached to Sunshine City was very convenient for accessing shops, restaurants and attractions. The Family Mart on the first floor was very convenient with a great selection.

This location was perfect to reach by limo bus from Narita Airport. We loved the proximity to the mall too for shopping and restaurants. It is far from central areas

Ikebukuro is an excellent location to explore the rest of Tokyo - it's right on great subway intersection, and the neighborhood itself has plenty to do. A bonus is the fact that there's a mall that has an entrance from the hotel itself, so you have all of the conveniences at your disposal without needing to go outside on a rainy day We got a small room to meet our travel budget, but the room was a bit too small even by Tokyo hotel standards.

The location is probably the best I’ve ever stayed in Tokyo. It’s connected to the Sunshine 60 mall that had a lot of things. Ikebukuro is also just a really nice area in general. It’s not far from the subway stations ~10 min. The room was pretty small and you can tell the room has built up some age. I kept having allergy issues, so I’m assuming it wasn’t amazingly clean.
