Most things Concierge recommended highly a restaurant which was expensive and Oy worst meal in the 14 days we were in Japan - I have a feeling she received a kickback

Location - close to Ebisu Station which is just a couple stops on the Yamanote Line to Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku. The hotel was very nice, luxurious, comfortable and clean. There was no cafe for coffee or tea. However, there is a Starbucks within a short walk.

Great hotel with excellent staff, the concierge, or director, Mariko was amazing. that I had to pay to use the sauna - at 650 a night, I feel like I should be allowed to use the steam room.

Beautiful grounds and room in quiet area. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Location too far from interesting areas of city. Big chain that feels like you could be anywhere in the world. No pnsen or Japanese culture.

the location and the quiet area of the hotel perfect location room smell, i did not like that i could not enjoy setting in the hotel lobby if i dont order something

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. (Rare for Tokyo!) The beds were so comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was fantastic to have a connecting room with our kids. (put in a request for this) Overall a beautiful stay. The photos and website do not do the hotel justice at all, it is far nicer in real life. It is very expensive. The restaurants are especially expensive. The dinner buffet was not very good, a strange array of dishes without accompaniments. For example, roast beef with no vegetables or potatoes. Also, there is no pool which would be great in summer.

Tokyo Westin is always the same: classy and sophisticated! Wonderful place, excellent breakfast, friendly staff but the bed was a bit too soft

Shopping complex is connected to the hotel so it was convenient on rainy day (cafe, restaurant, supermarket, etc ..) Easy to catch taxi -Entry level staff are not very helpful/pleasant -The noise from upstairs (because the floor is not carpeted??) - Busy & crowded. Wedding, business meetings, airline crew's accomodations etc ... Lots going on! It doesn't have luxury/ relaxing feel
