Tokyu Stay Shibuya Ebisu

I booked this reservation at a discount. The in-room washer-dryer was amazing! No coin detergent or laundry needed. The space is typical of Tokyo hotels but the bathroom design is similar to those found in higher end hotels. The location is convenient enough going from Ebisu to Shibuya while saving the higher cost and noise level of Shibuya hotels (unless you shell out more for Excel or Stream). Space: The side table is placed between the sofa and the bed but really there isn’t much space for it. People have to squeeze in like it’s a counter bar in a noodle shop.

Great location and service

didnt have the breakfast there was some strange welcome coffeee offered as welcome drink. at a strange time when checking in with suitcases. Then after never got it.

I enjoyed the staying there. Everything was convenient for our family. Size for the room and the amenities, specifically in-room washer/dryer was very nice. Also their welcome gift ice cream for each person was very sweet.

What I like about the property is cleanliness, location and breakfast buffet. Also I love that they have convenient drop of our luggage to send it to our next destination. The staff were amazing so polite and helpful. We are a family of 4 and the room was a little tight for us, no space.

Amazing location and amazing hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The in room washer/dryer was a little hard to use since Google Translate wasn’t capturing the buttons well, but I absolutely want to come back! No notes. I was so sad to check out!

Excellent breakfast, good location

Loved the location right next to Ebisu station Loved having a washer and dryer in our room -- huge convenience! Liked how spacious the room is I didn't like that we could not take cappuccinos to our room. Why not! The safe in our room didn't work. Staff tried, but couldn't fix it. Liked the kitchen area but it wasn't stocked with things that would have made it actually functional.

Size of the room

Very close to Ebisu station and had a room that fit my family of 4 and our luggage. There was a washer/dryer in the room and free vanilla ice cream in the freezer.

Food tasted good. Staff are very professional, awesome, and deliver great service. One of the staff, Mimari, went above and beyond in assisting me to get my items that was at a dry cleaning store shipped to me in the U.S. because the store did not open on the day I was told to pick up my items. I haven’t received my items yet, but the cleaning company has reached out to me and are working on sending my items to me. So, thank you, Mimari, you’re awesome! Room was small, however space was well maximized

Modern, clean, nothing bad to say to be honest Small room but it is normal in Japan so really not counting it in my rate

I love the room we stayed in! It’s a very spacious (for JP standards) family studio with mini kitchen where I think there are tons of small improvements would have made our stay more pleasant. The washing machine and dryer combo was great, we used it a lot and the clothes weren’t wrinkled! Location was fantastic!!! I would definitely stay there again. While it was great to have kitchen, I wish there had paper towels, dish towels, bigger plates, and wine glasses.
