I had low expectations since it was a hostel instead of a hotel, but I was surprised that the room was quite spacious. Furthermore, it didn't smell, everyone was quiet around 10pm, and it wasn't too hot or humid. Overall great experience ? I guess my only 2 complaint is that the light brightness (cannot be adjusted) & little to no space or lockers for big suitcases, but luckily for me I only brought a backpack & small suitcase. ?

Convenient They don’t actually have quite time, expect to be woken up at all hours. Bring your ear plugs!

Fairly good price, good staff, nice care downstairs and only a 10 or so minute walk from prime shibuya area. Noise travelled very easy in the dorms and some people were pretty ignorant and loud throughout the night

The location . It’s pretty close to the Starbucks reserved by 4 things we didn’t like at all:** 1. The private room was not even a room — it was just a space barely big enough for a bed. 1. The air conditioning/heater was extremely dirty and full of dust. Since I’m allergic to dust, we had to keep it off the entire time, which left us pretty cold. 1. The cleaning staff was very loud at 10 AM. On top of that, they were taking their break in the guest dining area — not just eating, but watching videos and singing as well. Because of this, I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes just to heat our meal and find a place to sit, since our room was too small to eat in. 1. Last but not least — we decided to leave on day one, even though we had a 5-night reservation. That night we went to the lobby to check out and explain our reasons. I told the front desk attendant that we were leaving early due to a very unpleasant experience, and that a refund would be appreciated, but that even if it wasn’t possible, I at least wanted our concerns to be heard. Her response was dismissive and indifferent. She mentioned that other guests had complained about the same issues, yet nothing had been done about them. She also suggested we could use other areas of the building during the cleaning staff’s break — without acknowledging that the staff was being disruptive in a guest area in the first place. Her overall attitude made it clear she had little interest in listening to feedback, responding with a casual “ok, ok” and a quick goodbye, as if she simply couldn’t wait for the conversation to be over. To be fair, this is not entirely her fault. It reflects a lack of proper guest service training, which is ultimately the hotel management responsibility We found as you know in booking a much better place , full apartment . Extremely clean . Great location . Same price . This hotel seems to me a scam for the cost

This property was a little outside of town which made it feel very safe. Staff was extremely friendly, bunks were decently comfortable. Many many bunks in one room. A bit chaotic with all the luggage. Also very important to remember your key at night if you need to use the restroom or you might get locked out of the bunk area.

There was a tip jar at the hostel bar which seemed really weird given that tips are really not a thing in Japan; it felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that travellers might be coming from countries where tips are more customary (Canada in our case), and in general begging for tips is not a good look.

Space wasn’t wasted. The stairs double as shoe cabinets. The shower was clean. They offer towels, there was somewhere to lock items by the bed. This place is walking distance to shibuya It smelled like feet. (Someone commented earlier that it smelled like feet but that maybe it was a fluke, but it smelled like feet for me too…) The sound really carries in the dorm and there are SO many ppl in the dorm.

Location Clean and noisy sometimes

I don’t stay in hostels ever but it was very accommodating towards anyone This one guy would not a stop clapping when I was going to bed. I think he was tryna turn the lights off in his bed? Great place and employees but be prepared for it being a hostel to the max.

I booked a private room with my partner and was surprised at how spacious the room was. We had a shared bathroom but our own sink in the room and enough room for a quick yoga session or some pushups. This was our second time in Tokyo and we loved the location.

The location was great, happy hour was a nice addition. Lots of toilets on each floor and a women’s only toilet section. Bed was comfy enough. 0 space for any bags in your room.
