Everything was lovely from the start, we‘ve arrived a little after check in and the process was fast and smooth, the room was spacious (3rd time in Japan, I made sure to look up the size ?) and just about 8 mins walk from Akihabara station. It was easy to find and has plenty of restaurants around the area. The hotel has free tea/coffee area that we used several times and it was really convenient. The bath was impossible to fill due to the slow stream but the shower worked just fine so we didn’t really raise an issue with the staff. Also it was impossible so send our luggage to the next destination, but honestly as the delivery company and FamilyMart are just next door it wasn’t an issue.

This hotel was amazing. So clean, very spacious as far as Tokyo hotels go, and the staff was so friendly. About 7-8 minutes from Akihabara station, right next to a Family Mart and 7-Eleven, 15 minutes walk from Ameyoko in Ueno. Fantastic. Also very quiet neighborhood but only a few blocks from Akihabara Electric Town.

Comfortable and clean room. Really liked the bathroom. Appreciated that we could leave our bags by the front desk before our room was ready. Staff were very nice.

They say "location is key!", well in this case, 400m from Akihabara station, you cant really do better. On foot in Akihabara, Ueno, Asakusa in a few minutes, you will reach Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku-Omotesando, but also Ginza, Roppongi, Azabujuban in the blink of an eye! Unfortunately, while modern the premises are very small and limit the morning's experience (no real breakfast). Also, while the tiny rooms are properly vaccumed and disinfected, we notice a quite heavily stained carpet which is uncommon in Japan and felt a bit dirty.

Everything was perfectly clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, given the size of the room. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was a little tight. The single beds were placed together as if it was a double bed, and you had to go over one bed to get to the other one, since there was not enough room at the foot of the beds to walk by. Also, the air conditioning unit had a leak once you turned it off.

The location is close to the train and some good food spots. The room was very clean and the shower had good water pressure. There were good amenities available and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pillows were stiff.

Clean and spacious hotel room. Water delivered to our room each day. Breakfast is NOT worth paying for. It's an egg salad sandwich from a konbini and a juice box. No choice of flavor. Just buy from the Family Mart right outside instead. I also wish they had laundry on site.
