Small, no frills, but you get what you pay for.

Good value for money. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Nothing particularly luxurious, but everything was well organized and worked as expected. The luggage storage service was especially helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay. Nothing.

Very convenient location, near to train station, one stop from Shinjuku. The place was clean, the staff was very helpful and giving water and clean towels every day. There is lot of restaurants in the area, too. The room and bathroom is so small

Great location. Room is super clean with all the things you need for a family vacation. Staffs are very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond with extra consideration with our family since we have kids and orderly. Highly recommended. None

Great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, with many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were especially surprised that they washed and dried our clothes for us free of charge, even though drying normally costs extra. Such a thoughtful gesture made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again! Nothing.

I would prefer doors instead of shower curtains because it’s more sanitary.

- The staff speaks very good English and are very helpful and polite - Spacious room with pretty much all the amenities that you could need. Everything was very clean. - Very soft and comfortable bed / pillows which seems to be pretty rare in japan - Located on a very quiet street despite being close to the "busy" area. Had 0 noise at night and managed to sleep great - The location is very good, with only a 5 minute easy walk from Okubo station Be aware that this does not feel like a"hotel" in the traditional sense and it has more of a "homey" vibe. I think that this is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel like a local Thank you to the staff for providing such a good and comfortable experience!

The location of the Rosenheim was ideal for getting around downtown Tokyo. It was a 5 minute walk to Okuba station and one stop from Shinjuku. The staff was friendly and helpful, with bottled water and umbrellas always available. The room was large and comfortable. Just right for a 4 day stay! The bathroom was very small, if efficient. It provided everything one would need, and we developed a system of wringing every inch out of the space, but was postage sized - especially when compared to the generous size of the room.

The location was very convenient and close to everything, very safe and just a short walk from a busy street that had every type of food, store and train stations. The apartment had everything that we needed and the staff was lovely.

Central location, near 2 stations. Very quiet and peaceful. Great beds, extremely clean room and friendly, welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

Very clean, comfortable and practical for our stay. A great location for a visit to Tokyo Japan, right next to the train station so you have access to everything, staff were very helpful and did the little things No complaints from us

The bed was comfortable. It was a 5-15 minute walk to the nearest train/metro stations. The room was tiny and very cramped to the point where it was hard to find a place for my friend and I to have our two suitcases open on the floor. The bathroom was a tiny claustrophobic box the size of a closet that measured around 2 x 2 feet not including the tub. The floor was uneven in two areas which was a fall hazard. The staff are not present before 9 AM and did not understand English well. I asked two different staff if we could check out at noon rather than 11 AM. Both said yes but then at 11 AM came to kick us out which was disappointing. We would not stay here again.

Kitchenette had everything you'd need, and includes a clothes washing machine as well. Nothing, very happy with it.

Very friendly staff! Room looked like the pictures. Not the most modern and bathroom is very small but it was all very clean and looked like the pictures. Surrounding area is not really pretty but very close to Shinjuku inner city

The shower button was not turned on so I could not shower in the morning of my check out

Incredibly helpful staff, very clean and pretty spacious accommodations for 4 adults. We really appreciated the two separate rooms and having an extra toilet in addition to the full bath. Everything was pristinely clean, beds comfortable and the welcome information and packets were helpful and kind. Perfect location for our needs and travel. We really enjoyed our stay! Really nothing other than the steps were quite steep to our accommodations, but the staff took our bags up when we arrived and back down for us when we checked out.

Great stay in the heart of Shinjuku. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the station, restaurants, and convenience stores. Despite being central, it was quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Nothing!
