Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku

N/A It was in a kind of in the cut type of way but liked the area.

The front desk staff member was very helpful and helped take our luggage up the stairs, since there was no elevator (at least that we knew of). It’s a little tucked away, which is nice if you like being away from all of the action, yet moderately close to the main train station (~10 min walk). As is the case with most hotels in Tokyo, it was pretty small. It felt as though it used to be a real apartment.

This was a very clean, cute hotel on a quiet street in Shinjuku. The staff was wonderful - friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the subway station and easy to get around the neighborhood. It's near Tokyo's Koreatown so there's great Korean food nearby, as well as other international restaurants. There's also a 7-Eleven and Lawson very close to the hotel which was nice when I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night and wanted a snack. The room I stayed in was very clean and was a nice oasis from the Tokyo heat (90sF/30sC) while I was visiting. My room had a small kitchenette with a fridge and freezer and kettle. My room also had a washing machine. The dryer is on the first floor but I hung my clothes on my room's balcony. I could decide which days I wanted my room cleaned, which was nice. They provided clean towels every day even when I requested no cleaning. The room and bathroom size is typical for Asia (actually a bit larger for Asia) - think of a NYC hotel room size. The bathroom worked for me (5'6"/167cm) but if I were traveling with my partner, I don't think he'd be able to close the door while using the toilet and he'd have to crouch to use the shower (6ft/183cm).

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. Nothing.

I had a wonderful stay at Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions I had. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent—it's close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around Tokyo. There's also a convenience store just a one-minute walk away, along with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food or daily necessities was never a problem. The area felt very safe, even when walking around at night. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Tokyo.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever we had questions. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo! Nothing.

Property location was awesome. Room was small but it had everything we needed. Clean. Ability to wash laundry in room. My husband didn’t like the bathroom. Smelled damp and it was extremely small with no ability to move when showering. Staff hardly present. If you needed something, you had to write a note. A very strange set up!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We didn't arrive until around 2:00 am, yet they had kindly kept a member of staff on duty to check us in. To make us feel even more welcome, they had also left complimentary drinks and pastries in our room, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. The apartment was compact but cosy and had everything we needed. Fresh towels were provided each morning, and we appreciated being able to choose when our room was cleaned. The location was excellent, just a short walk from two metro stations and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. Despite being so well connected, it sits at the quiet end of a lane, making it peaceful enough for a great night's sleep. The free late check-out was another thoughtful bonus. Overall, this was exceptional value for money, and we honestly can't say enough good things about it. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Some dim lighting in the bedrooms and living area would improve the place.

The property is very tidy, close (5 min walk) to train station and Main Street of restaurants, Don Q, 7-11, etc but also on a quiet street itself. It was hard to find. The cab driver didn’t know where it was. The room is very small for 4 people but it worked.

I was really surprised by how big the room is! It was the biggest room we had in Tokyo. It also came with kitchen and fridge and honestly felt more like a studio apartment! One of the biggest highlights is the staff. We were heading to the airport and left our luggage with them to be shipped through Airporter. They sent me a message once our luggage was shipped, giving us total peace of mind! Overall a really lovely experience.

The location in Shinjuku was excellent and extremely convenient for my business trip. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming.
