Gross, outdated and smelt like mildew. So nasty.

I HAVE STAY 2 times. Both times VERY CLEAN ROOMS

Location was easy to get to. Price was good. The bathroom was a structural mess, falling ceiling, faucet in the sink barely worked, the door frame was rusty, shower curtain mildewed. The exterior of the building is a mess. The breakfast was ok nothing great, coffee luke warm.

For arriving late some amenities close at 10. The motel is old but very clean, and we felt it was safe. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast had a waffle machine which was great. Eggs were Ok. The bagels and orange juice and. Offer were great. Great deal for the money.

Convenient for places to eat. Everything to put it simply. Everything was completely dirty, broken and old.

The room smelled like an old damp basement. The bathroom had a leak around the toilet so we laid a towel down so we wouldn’t get wet feet or slip and the breakfast was not exciting. (McDonald’s is close.) bed slept fine. Hate when they have small square pillows instead of the full sized ones.

The pool was closed, and I observed what appeared to be mold or black discoloration in the pool area, which was concerning. Another issue was the branding. The property was advertised as a Residence Inn, but there was no Residence Inn signage anywhere on the building. We actually had to ask if we were at the correct hotel because it looked so different from the listing. Overall, the room itself was acceptable, but the condition of the building and the misleading photos left us feeling that the property was not accurately represented. I would not choose to stay here again. The neighborhood was super scary and I did not feel safe

I live 90 minutes away and chose this particular place because it had a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for maintenance. Might want to post something on your website that the pool is down and unusable. Very disappointed.

Having traveled a lot for business this place should embarrass the Wyndham brand. I had stayed at quite a few AmerisInns in the upper midwest and they were all well run and perfect for my needs. This one should never have been left open during renovations. I also will give Hotels.com a bit of the blame as they never mentioned the state of the property that they allow booking on the site. I will post the letter being written to Wyndham corporate about this one but to make a long story short....just don't go.

This posted on the site or had something else in place of the pool being closed . The breakfast in the morning didn’t have a big selection so that was a little disappointing as well . I enjoyed my stay there and I would go back in hopes that those couple things were fixed .

Pictures on hotels.com is outdated by a lot. Pool was still closed (7/8/26) and upon further investigation it looks like it was at least closed clear back since February with just a sign saying closed for maintenance. Carpets in the room was very sticky, had to wear sandals at all times. Shower had quite a bit of rust and very not clean. Looking as well as drywall above shower falling. The mattresses had quite a few stains. The staff was friendly though. The bed was comfortable but after seeing the stains and being grossed out by the floor, not a very good night's sleep, and yes I did check for bed bugs but didn't find any signs of them.

The front was a mess the staff were jerks the pool was closed and the breakfast was ridiculous. The only saving grace was the room was clean. DON’T stay here it’s expensive and not worth it.
-
Swimming pool was closed during our stay. Part of the reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool so it was a letdown. We could have stayed at a motel for half the price and been just as comfortable.
-
Good budget motel.
-
It was very nice and quiet. Very clean and friendly. They provided breakfast The pool was out of service. Need to make sure the breakfast is stock and not expired
-
Property not maintained well. Needs TLC. Although a good value for the money

The hotel was a wreck, totally runned down, smells like mold (we woke up in the morning feeling like we injested a large dose of mold). The outside was in terrible shape, looks like it’s about to fall down with half paint job done. Pictures advertised on Expedia were totally inaccurate! Our bathroom sink was totally clogged when we checked in and staff didn’t even offer to fix it when we complained about it. We would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone! In fact, we will tell our friends/family that if they ever go to Topeka, to avoid this hotel.
