Reviews

The property is very old and has a lot of overdue maintenance. the staff were fine but we stayed for three days and never got service.
-
This is an older hotel. The room was clean, well appointed and the bedding was very good.

This place is really in need of some upgrades and deep clean

The room was great where it had a kitchen, comfortable bed, couch and plenty of room. Our trip wasn't for work but I could see how great the room setup would be with the large desk area as well. The a/c just outside the window was a bit noisy but I suppose it blocked out the city noise.

The property was in a good location it was like a home away from home. They offered breakfast everyday and it was good. My kid loved and enjoyed the indoor pool. Ethan at the front desk was tremendously good I experienced issues with the air condition in the room and he resolved the issue right away and in a timely manner. Chaste she is also great and truly works very hard and should definitely get a raise for her hard work and dedication both her and Ethan . There was a front desk agent by the name of John he was horrible and mean to guest that type of individual should not be working around guest. Challenges with the air condition in my room during my stay.

Breakfast not at all appetizing.

Great suites!
-
Nice spacious room with good breakfast.
-
The property was immaculately clean. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were engaged in multitasking, cleaning up while also trying to attend to the front desk. The location was pretty darn near perfect! I would stay again.

Great clean rooms and building. Staff very friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast! I plan on returning.

-Front Desk person greeted us with several missing teeth. -He told us that he needed to run my card so that if we inadvertently used high-speed Internet instead of the standard Internet, we would be charged!?!?!? -Room was hot—air conditioning never turned on throughout the night. -Bed was uncomfortable—too soft and lumpy. -Fire Sprinkler was very rusty and a large, thick piece of wall paper/matting was peeling off the wall and onto the fire sprinkler. -Breakfast was to be desired—Orange juice was just orange water. “Scrambled”eggs & Waffles were it. -This place was NOT of Marriott standards.

Traffic noise

The room had a weird smell from the AC and the tub had a clog with a very slow drain. There was a dishwasher, but it didn’t work. Also the pool and hot tub were out of order the whole time we were there. The location was good and breakfast was okay.

Had a water problem with our initial room but they were able to move us. Breakfast was not very good

Seemed a little run down

We didn't use any of the amenities and the only staff interaction was at check-in so I can't really speak to those. We booked a 2-room suite and I'm not if they are mid-renovation or just stopped. The microwave appeared to be brand new as well as the kitchen cabinets. However, the stove was in bad shape-the gasket in the oven was hanging loose in multiple places, worn and browned. The top edge of the dining room chairs were all peeling apart (plastic or whatever). The carpet was fraying anywhere it connected to tile. The cushions on the back of the sofa wouldn't stay in place as they were so soft (used) they collapsed. When I walked into the bathroom with shoes that were slightly wet, the floor became a little muddy so guessing it wasn't very clean even though it wasn't noticeable when dry. We were pleasantly surprised to find two bathrooms - one in each bedroom which is a great benefit with multiple people.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was huge and had a full fridge, a place to cook, dishwasher, table, sectional. The tv worked so easy and wasn’t laggy. Bed was comfy. They had snacks downstairs to buy if needed. The pool and hot tub were older but worked just fine and were so relaxing. Absolutely would stay here again .

There is a lack in pride of ownership. Carpets are torn up, roof is about gone, the ceiling in our room had leak stains and drywall seams split apart. Poor lighting, pool and spa were dirty, breakfast was probably the worst I have had at a Marriot.

Place is in very bad outdated state. Needs a full revamp. Although staff was extremely nice, this was most definitely the WORST Marriott we have ever stayed at!
