We loved everything about this hotel.. the atmosphere, the food and all the little details. A perfect place for a family vacation with children

The staff was very kind. There were thoughtful touches for the kids like gifts, entertainment and nighttime stories. This was the most I’ve ever spent on a hotel room. Two hooks fell off the wall in the bathroom. The “suite” is no bigger than a typical hotel room in the USA. The property is not easily walkable to town. Paying for water at dinner feels insulting when it is included for breakfast. We were told there was a six night minimum and another family we talked to were told there was a five night minimum.

a lovely setting. if you want to be near to everything. but far away enough to escape. this is the place a bigger gym. that’s just being picky though. a super place.

Great place for families with children, very nice staff and great food! We especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool with view to the lake and mountains!

The Hotel is very clean and fairly new the children facility is very nice. The receptionist Borana was amazing and very helpful, she gave us very good recommendations for places to visit. They pay attention to the details and especially with issues related to kids. A daily bedtime story was printed and left in front of the door in the evening. My kids really enjoyed their stay. The dinner was a set menu and most of the options where not suitable. Although the kids menu was nice It would be nicer if it had more vegetarian dishes.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views, great facilities for children, we didn’t want to leave! Excellent attention to detail, receptionist Borana was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean and everything was explained thoroughly. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect location with stunning views. Hotel is very nice, looks beautiful and classy, fresh and clean. Rooms are very comfortable for family of 4. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Great restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, great bar and snacks. Pool area is very nice, overlooking the lake, good sauna too. Hotel really tries to entertain children with various programs. Had really relaxing time, we all enjoyed our time there. Keep it up! It was all good.

Looking for wonderful stay at lake garda?! Definitely take this hotel!!! Located in the picturesque mountain village with unrealistic view! Each room has big and beautiful terraces with lake view. Perfect for family trips, extremely kids friendly! Meticulously clean and brand new. Never met such friendly and helpful staff ever. And breakfast and restaurant will make your stay luxurious and make you feel the best of Italy!!

Good food. Lovely facilities. Very friendly and accommodation staff. Seemed like all our wishes were met. (Kids 9 and 12) A bit more experience and coordination for the kitchen staff - but they’ll be there very soon. And they make up for it in friendliness.
