It's close to the Rogers center. Our kids both have allergies and they couldn't offer us a pet free room, instead they offered us a "deep cleaned room". The shower had grime and first build up, rice was on the ottoman at the foot of the bed and an alarm went off our first night and it scared our kids. It was loud and if it wasn't an emergency where we had to evacuate, I don't understand why it couldn't have been turned off. It's great that the hotel allows pets but I feel like they should designate some rooms where pets are not able to stay in. Our kids were sneezing and required allergy medicine, my son's asthma was acting up.

Toronto is an amazing city! The location is good and the rooms are spacious. We booked a suite and a regular room. Suite is comfortable with a large sofa and 2 chairs. Beds are large and comfortable. However, rooms can use a renovation. There is a pool which is nice when you travel with kids or just want to relax after a warm day. We requested for a connecting room or 2 rooms near to each other or at least on the same floor. Even though we booked months in advance, we were allocated 1 room on the 8th floor near the elevator and 1 room on the 15th floor all the way at the end of the hallway. Carpeted rooms so I would have expected slippers. No lock on bathroom door! And rooms could be cleaned better as there were still hairs from the previous guest in the shower and dust on the furniture.

Excellent but expensive breakfast. The price was high.

Place is modern and kept well. Amenities could be updated but overall really enjoyed the overall stay

Well located Hotel in the Downtown, easy walking distance to restuarants, bars and public transport to venture further afield. Staff were excellent and accomodating. The refurbished bar and restaurant are excellent. The Rooftop pool offers a great view and nice relaxing end to the day. Well equipped and clean gym. The Suites are not really suites at all, they are just normal hotel rooms with a double bed, a desk and a bathroom that are slighly larger than the conventional rooms.

Location and staff were good The phone in the bedroom didnt work and I let the front desk know and they didnt seem to care about it and never fixed it.
