The room was clean. I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the bed was. The water pressure from the rain head shower was awesome :) The staff is very friendly and accommodating- we were able to get an early check in. This was also one of the few hotels that was reasonably priced making it a great value and someplace I would definitely return to! One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a restaurant. I was informed at the time of check in that due to a private event, we would not have access to it for breakfast. A minor inconvenience and there are many nearby places to get a good breakfast.

Location Shower taps corroded and took a long time to turn it on, poor condition. They told us it was air conditioned and it did not work at all.Very hot and humid, could not sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was good. The AC was quite noisy, which was a little disturbing, especially at night.

For a 3.5 star it is underwhelming. The bathroom room sticks and was difficult to use.The room lack good lighting and there was limited storage for clothes.

Staff gave us a glass of water on arrival. Most welcome on a very hot day. I loved the shower and super comfortable bed. The lightweight duvet and linens were dreamy. Nice area for a short walk to the AGO Art Gallery of Ontario and The Horseshoe Tavern for evening entertainment. No complaints.

We couldn't change the channels on the TV and kept knocking out shins on the corners of the bed frame.

The location, the staff, and the food were excellent. The building is unique and has charm. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Temp in the room was great. The bathroom was clean. We couldn't change the channels on the TV and kept knocking out shins on the corners of the bed frame.
