Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to Hospital. The refrigerator to work, the air conditioner could not be controlled, the collection of people sleeping by the front door in the morning.

Not much. Really dated. Very overpriced for what you get. Muggy, no air in the hotel. Felt quite uncomfortable invading a Women’s shelter. That’s something I would have appreciated knowing in advance. The residents weren’t the issue. The issue was not being aware that it Is a woman’s shelter.

Passable

Nothing. This is not a hotel, it’s a homeless shelter. I’m not sure why Booking is allowing this place to be rented. There were multiple drug users outside, and a guy literally shot up and nodded off in front of me. I didn’t even make it inside.

Close location to the downtown and nearby restaurants. Lots of junkies around the hotel and on the near streets. It did not feel very safe, especially during evenings.

Friendly stuff Invoicing is a bit slow. Not too happy with the neighborhood. A resident was yelling downstairs in the middle of the night.

N/a Unable to check-in, no front desk, phone listed didn't have anyone pick up.

Clean simple hotel in downtown. Very pleasant receptionist Repairs to entrance doors looked unprofessional

Location was excellent for our purpose (appt at hospital). Very nice staff. Clean and simple room. We were not there to lounge or spend time in the hotel -- just wanted a decent place to.sleep. We didnt use the kitchenette but it was very clean and very well equipped Beautiful park right next door. A/c was quite noisy (but worked well on a day of record heat and humidity!)

Having place for parking in the same place. Close to downtown. Environment. And some people smoking on the front and back of the building. Noise A/C.

Close to the TTC streetcars. Like 5 minute walk. Close to shopping and restaurants and coffee shops. When returning late at night, there were many drug addicts near the hotels parking lot and entrance. Sketchy neighbourhood after dark. Just get an Uber to the front door. I’d stay again.
