The location, good to walk to Bloor Street, and other places The Bar next door is incredibly loud, and noisy- I was on the ground floor, and could hear the heavy doors banging all night and drunk people shouting and screaming up to 3.30 in the morning.

Staff at front desk was so kind and able to answer all my questions Staff at the neighboring restaurant/ bar were quick and the food was delicious The extra stairs but I knew it was a Victorian house and no surprise ;)

It was quiet and comfortable. A great night's sleep from home. Our room had a balcony so we could sit outside. No laundry service

Walkable to alot of restaurants and nightlife. It is the building in between a college bar and a fraternity house. Loud enough to hear next doors conversations until 3am. Also my air conditioning did not work making my room over 80 all night.
-
It was host to a rave or something that went until 2am. So obviously didnt fall asleep until 2:30 am just to check out for 8:30 because parking was also unnecessarily expensive.

Beautiful building, super friendly staff, great room and bed, amazing location. Yes there is a (student)bar next door but we slept through it and it is a bar with a nice rooftop which throughout the day is very nice to have a drink or snack!

Lovely building. Great location for accessing public transit. Huge pub within the establishment that has good food. The staff we encountered were friendly, courteous. Our a/c unit didn’t seem to be working but our room was in a shaded area (main floor, on the south side, looking into the clean alley) so slanting open the windows aired the room effectively.

The location was ok for our needs, it was close to the subway. Parking was limited, fortunately we had a plug in car so we were able to take the only spot left which was for an electric car. The room was hot, we could not turn down the temperature. The bed is old, the bed springs would make noise every time we moved.

When we went to the rooftop restaurant we were completely ignored by th waitress and ended up leaving
