Staff did incredible, we were in town for a Prepare the Ground and the stay was easy and everthing went smoothly N/A

Staff were great. Everything was clean, price was great, located walking. Distance to everything you need. Bathrooms were kept meticulously clean, which is saying something since they are huge. I’ll be back. I would advise anyone to bring slippers and a sweater, as you have no control over the air conditioning. It wasn’t bad at all, and likely perfect in really hot weather. (At least it wasn’t the other way around!)

The residence is a few feet away from the 510 TTC Line so easily accessible to bring you to any Subway Station (about 10mins away from Spadina Station). Also situated at walking distance from main streets and the Eaton Center Mall, Koreatown and China Town. The staff was really nice but as girls traveling we felt uneasy with the clerk mentionning our room number out loud...

I didn’t try the breakfast . I don’t know if it’s free or not as the receptionist didn't inform. The room is too small. Bedsheet are not clean,only 1 small size pillow. The bed is too high.

No sink in rooms. Weird layout. No practical parking options. Parking adds $20 to each day.

It was exactly what. We expected for a college dorm. Shared bathrooms and kitchenette

Great location, great value for the price, pretty quiet, room is clean. Shared washroom not very clean, bed not very comfortable, the AC was noisy and not working very good.

literally nothing the ac was on when it was freezing outside. I asked for more blankets, they didn't have anymore. they offered me towels. My room was dirty, the floor was sticky and there was a large yellow puddle of water near the window. the kitchen was ill equipped - zero cutlery, no plates, the sink was blocked up. The toilets were dirty.

Nice customer care and internet There was no parking and I have to go elsewhere and as well pay for it. The washrooms are too far from my room. I have to walk distances.

They only provide you with one towel lol and rooms were hot like sauna

The location and the price. The neighbours were doing a party late at night, 2am and I was not able to sleep much . The bed was not much confortable too.

The breakfast was excellent!!! It was one of the best things. Another great thing is a relatively close proximity to the CN Tower, I walked there in the evening. The air conditioner didn't work very well, as a result I was so thirsty that was drinking 1.5L of water per evening!

No AC (reason I booked it!) and there wasn’t even a sink in the room…the washroom was at the far end of the floor

It was good for a short stay right in the heart of Toronto.

Great value. Great location. Very clear instructions from the front desk and wifi was fast. Sheets had what looked like makeup stains. Aircon was struggling to keep up in the heat/humidity and formed large puddles on the ground. They fixed it but it was wet again a day later. The beds are a bit too high from the ground. I suggest lowering it a notch or two.

Nice front desk staff. Great location in a beautiful university surrounded by tree-lined streets. A beautiful building with most rooms looking at trees in a pretty inner courtyard. Tiny beds with thin old worn out mattresses. Superficial bedding. Great for youth, not comfortable after that. Student dorm so only superficially cleaned after your stay. Thick grime accumulations, marks, stains on most surfaces. All bathrooms are common and also superficially cleaned. Filthy on weekends. Slippery floors as rinse required solutions used but not rinsed. Most showers lack any hook or place to put clothing, just a wet floor. Doors not adjusted or dampened so everyone hears it if someone goes out or uses a bathroom at 3AM. Grimy moldy calking. There really needs to be some management initiative here- management should spend a few nights staying in each hall with the intent of figuring out what can be improved. But initiative is probably unlikely.

1- uncomfortable bed, old sheets, small towels 2- two broken fridges for 90 rooms on a floor 3- five old showers for 90 rooms on a floor 4- crowded hallway 5- using key fobs for the elevators and bathrooms was so annoying 6- old dirty furniture in the common room
