Cheap and central Small and warm
-
Private rooms, prime location The bathroom was constantly dirty and several faucets were not functioning. No paper towels in common areas. Staff was really snotty about getting an extra towel after mine fell in the very gross bathroom floor.
-
Single room which is clean. Curtains don't block out sunlight in room. The The kitchen doesn’t have cookware and water dispenser.
-
clean and exactly what I needed. The location on U of T's campus is fantastic! central, and I felt safe. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a dorm residence. The price is genuinely one of the best I found in downtown Toronto. Will definitely be back!

Budget friendly basic accomodation.
-
Try good location- affordable option for short term stay Only one woman’s washroom with only 2 showers for at least 40 rooms.
-
It was ok for hostel accommodation. Just inconvenient to not have the toilet in the room. Besides that it had what was needed.
-
the staff was exceptionally friendly and gentle. great value for the stay

It was unbearably hot with no AC in the building or in the rooms. The washing machine was not working

I arrived after midnight and it was a great relief to have a lovely staff available to check me in at the reception desk- they are open for check in all night besides 3-4am. The dorm is not a luxorious place but a great value for the money and to have privacy! Clean and central, highly recommended for a getaway in Toronto! The breakfast was not very appetising looking although again a great variety and value for money. I decided not to eat at the uni cafe however it's great to have it as an option! The dorm is so close by to other cafés though so it's really not even worth mentioning.

It was a safe and quiet environment as well. The shared spaces and amenities were always spotless. I really can't think of anything to be critical of.

Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly. Excellent value for a place to crash after a concert in the city, price was unbeatable. Bed was a little hard, but for the price paid it was more than sufficient.

Great place close to everything

Everything Cleaning can be better

It is clean and you get your own room The room gets really hot and the air con doesn’t work that well. I also had an issue dropping water on my bed and wanted to get a new set of sheets and they were not able to provide them. Also you need coins for the washing machines and they are also not able to help or provide them.

Not close to a subway

Good location. Room was small but more or less clean. It's basically a dormitory so one should adjust their expectations accordingly. But I'd expected the common bathrooms to be cleaner, especially the showers. Not that it was a catastrophe, but it still could have been better. Also, there was only one functioning shower in my floor and the rest of showers were out of order during my stay, so you occasionally had to wait for people.
