I would suggest queen beds instead of double beds however I understand it may be a space constraint No option for 2 queen beds

Central location, pleasant staff. Comfortable family room. The cupboard space would have been better utilised with an extra shelf - especially for longer term visitors. We also missed an additional mirror in the bathroom.

Staff were unbelievably nice. After my kids complimenting them on the breakfast they then gave us free cookies to the room. Location was top notch. Bar and food were lovely Only thing was some liquid substance on the floor of the room when we first arrived, but that was a very minor thing which we cleaned up ourselves. Apart from that was brilliant

The location was the best, close to city center. All the staff were amazing maybe with the exception of one. The concierge that checked us in was ok but could have been better. She signed me up for the rewards program but I never received the information in my email. The wifi was awful! It kept making me log in every time and it was so slow. I am glad that I did not have to pay or I would ask for a refund. The pool was so small and dated. Some of the sheets had small worn holes. I also wanted a higher floor but was given a room in the third floor.
