The location is very convenient to Union Station and nearby sights near Toronto's old town such as the distillery district, harbour, etc. The room met all my expectations, and the included breakfast buffet had a good range of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was only staying one night before my flight home from Pearson International, so didn't use any of the other facilities.

Location was fantastic, very close to the St Lawrence market and only a 15 minute walk to the distillery district. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Quality products in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, etc). Convenient parking (not included). A few things! No body lotion available in the bathroom. The staff friendliness was a hit or miss. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and communication was poor… need to do better!

Nice hotel in an excellent location for getting around Toronto. Beds and pillows were super comfy and i slept great each night. The small round mirror stand in the bathroom and conditioner bottle pump were broken and didn't work unfortunately which was annoying. Friendly staff and we enjoyed our stay but with the rate we paid to stay at this hotel for 5 nights which was really expensive, it didn't include breakfast even which we felt was disappointing. Have stayed in nicer hotels with breakfast for a lot less money actually. Toronto is a lovely city but hotel prices in downtown Toronto are way overpriced for what you actually get which can be a bit disappointing really. Very expensive rate and the most expensive rate I've ever paid to stay in any hotel actually.

Great location to attend a concert. Easy walk from Union station Bathroom - shower drain clogged, toilet paper holder broken, toilet paper kept falling on the floor everything time we pulled. TV- very slow apps, images kept unsynchronized with audio.

Excellent location and front-end staff members were very friendly and attentive. Proximity to two grocery stores and two train stations (one a major hub) within a 10-minute walk but still nestled in a quiet spot of downtown. Price is decent for a two-bed. Outlets near beds were perfect as they accommodated USB-C, USB-A, and standard plugs. Small-medium size pool and hot jacuzzi were a treat after 12-hour days of walking and sightseeing. During peak morning hours, there was not enough hot water for one 10 minute shower and on our last overnight, we received heavily stained (brown, even!) towels. Visible soap scum on the glass of the shower stall. Maybe just a busy week and cleaning staff was rushing?
