Great location for those who travel to the financial district downtown Toronto. Two FIFA World Cup teams were staying at the hotel which made access a little more complicated but nothing that wasn’t manageable.

A great room with a super comfy bed ! The reception staff were super helpful and got us into our room early which was hugely appreciated ! We had a wonderful lunch in the hotel bar with great food and excellent service ! We lived in Toronto for over twenty years but as locals we never needed to stay here....but the restaurant was great and the prices were what you'd pay down the street for way less quality food and service ! We will stay here from now on when coming back to the city ! Everything was perfect ! My wife had a facial in the spa here and loved it too !

Convenient Coffee was served in the lobby, was not being attended to and was consistently out. It was only available till 8:00am sharp! Nothing later unless you pay!

The hotel is in a great location for easy access to the subway and local attractions such as the CN Tower or the Eaton Centre. It is a beautiful hotel with a large, grand lobby area that is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were large and recently refurbished - very comfortable beds! We enjoyed lovely food for breakfast and at dinner. Some of the service at breakfast was a little slow and inconsistent at times. Asking for simple swaps on the breakfast menu (e.g. no egg but some extra bacon instead if possible) were some mornings met with confusion/mild annoyance or 'I will check with the kitchen but you will have to pay extra for that' whereas on other mornings it would be 'yes of course, no problem.'
