Great location, nice facility Parking under construction, a/c not cold, just ok
-
The pool was great! Staff were so friendly by the pool. Elevator was broken. Took a long time to get to lobby.

It is a very nice facility in a great waterfront location. I loved the rooftop pool. There was occasional jackhammering noise due to renovation of their parking structure. It interrupted a few phone calls and made it hard to read my book. It was only once in a while during the daytime. Overall not a huge issue but I felt the price I was paying for this non view room was too much given the disruptions. The gym was well equipped with the latest machines and free weights. But the room itself (in addition to being hard to find) was windowless and uninspiring. It needed better ventilation.

Right on the waterfront and close to Roger’s Center

Pool is nice Being down to one elevator slowed things down a few times . The price also is creeping up,

Great location. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Amazing location No 24/7 room service for food
-
Resort like amenities/location but near City sights/activities.
-
Good location. One elevator wasn't working, the rooms were okay but you can tell they are worned down. Extra for parking

The room was just as described, although a bit dated. Beds and linens were comfortable, TV provided access to local channels, and bathroom was as expected. A few of the fixtures in the bathroom and bed were clearly worn, but worked just fine. Staff were super helpful; we were able to check in early and all of our questions were quickly answered. Always greeted us with a smile and were always eager to help! Our room faced the pool, whose music/bass could be heard until 21/22:00. There was also an undisclosed 'pool party' one of the weekdays we were there, where there were large speakers and loud bass and music until around 21:30. On the weekend, there was loud music coming from other nearby buildings as well---well into the night. Not much the hotel could necessarily do, but just good to keep in mind; especially if you expect to be in your room a lot.

Location and previous experience Poor smelly washrooms from reception via a door to a bar Bedrooms gave zero privacy with soundproofing. A loud couple yelling and screaming and talking loudly all night Zero sleep before airport run
-
We're told we could do an early arrival for $50 but they didn't have any rooms ready at the time. Plus we got moved into a queen room instead of the King but still very comfortable

Too much noise and not enough amenities in the room.

The location is perfect. Our room overlooked the harbor which was fun and beautiful. The parking garage situation was a bit frightening. Our room view was beautiful but the noise until 2:30 am was hard to deal with

No room service

Noisy street, renovations in progress

Location on the lakeside. Great views from our room of the planes flying into Billy Bishop airport. Close to main attractions. The property needs a refurbishment. No lounge/bar area apart from the one on the 5th floor beside the pool.
