Due to a last-minute host cancellation from a previous booking, we had to urgently book this place coming from Vancouver for a weekend concert. However, the quality was drastically overpriced and unacceptable. We paid around $1,900 CAD including tax for a two-night stay (Fri-Sat), averaging nearly $800 a night for an unrenovated room. The soundproofing was non-existent so we could hear everything from the neighboring room, and the carpet had a foul odor. Absolutely not worth the price, and I would never stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The spa was wonderful. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam were great. Room was ok. View was good, but would have liked a room with a better full view of the lake. Excellent downtown location. Friendly staff. The room had a partial view of the lake. Also had a view of AC units and debris on a roof. The beds didn't face the lake view, so was unable to see the lake view unless you looked directly from the window. The room could have been cleaner. We had crumbs and hair on the floor when we entered our room. The rooms need more seating/table space. We had a 2 queen room which should fit 4 people. Only 1 small table and 1 chair were provided. So we couldn't eat comfortably in the room. Nothing to put our suitcases on, so they had to lay open on the floor. One side of the bed did not have a nightstand,.so unable to charge my phone from that side of the bed (even though there was a charging outlet). Refrigerator was barely cool. Could not store anything that had to be kept cool or it would spoil. The downstairs ladies toilet in the lobby was dirty.

Great location, helpful staff, lovely rooms, quick elevator. Excellent use of outside rooftop space. It was bigger than expected Poolside was wet and slippery when we went to view it.

Location was perfect. My family enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet. The view from the room was amazing.
