Location is great for public transport. Staff very friendly. Room was big and beds comfortable. Shower was great, too. Nothing - was totally happy.

Not much. That a call to say we were going to be late but somehow got cancelled by Booking. Com. When we were on a train 8 hours late with no connections , turned up at midnight, and found our room was no longer available. Not a happy camper!!!

Absolutely nothing at all. This was the worst experience with a hotel I have ever had in my life. It was unclean, unsanitary, and unsafe there were bedbugs stains. The shower was leaking and had no water pressure. There were people outside smoking fentanyl or crack. Homeless naked people everywhere very scary and completely unwalkable. We refused to stay in the room and had to pay to go somewhere else. We we received no refund or compensation and we’re additionally charged for a cancellation fee when we have received no refund. Embarrassing customer service from booking.com as well as the hotel. Not as advertised and should be shut down. Worst. Hotel. Ever.

The bed was really comfy and the shower was great. It’s a great place to stay at a reasonable price and the staff were fantastic and very accommodating. They let us have a late check out and kept hold of our luggage whilst we explored Toronto - Thankyou! Nothing

It was only one bed when I book for 2 there was bed bugs in bed the washroom was super small there was mold in the shower and right side there was crackhead and that would never go back there
