Modern and interesting. Love the floor to ceiling windows with the electronic shades! So awesome to watch the city at night from your bed! I really enjoyed the 14th floor patio. I visited it twice during my one night stay. The area of the city that the hotel is located in is a bit sketchy. There is nothing the hotel can do about that though. I very much appreciated the level to which I felt both my car, and myself, were secure.

Staff, cleanliness, large windows, good room, good showers Terrace was not served or nice. Felt abandoned

Except the air conditioning which is very loud in winter. The location has a lot of homeless people around but is very safe for the day itself.

The location was great . The bed and the the pillows were very comfortable. The room service food was limited to the timetable of the ground floor restaurant. Plus the charges for the service were not reasonable to me .

Comfortable beds the sheer blinds

Location is in a central area that used to be rough, across the street from a shelter. However, it is close to the Eaton Centre, theatres and shopping. Rooms were a bit small for an executive king, more in keeping with the European vibe. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was spotless. Bathroom was a good size.

Super clean and comfy Nothing

I actually didn't have the breakfast, I just didn't have time. Staff was super lovely It was so excellently quiet and I had great sleeps. the area was a little dicey but it's downtown Toronto, you can't control that I think you had a roof top pool? I wish it had been summer so I could have indulged! That's it, it was great. I would stay again.

We had such a fantastic stay here. The highlight was definitely the view from our room on the 13th floor—wrap-around windows with a beautiful city skyline that made the whole experience feel extra special. The hotel itself is new, trendy, and impeccably clean. Everything felt modern and thoughtfully designed, and the location couldn’t have been better—super convenient for getting around and exploring. The staff were also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again! The only downside is that it is on the pricier side, but honestly, it felt completely worth it for a special occasion or even a business trip where you want something a bit elevated.
