The intimate boutique style and fewer rooms Nothing

The room was beautiful, just as I expected and so spacious. Its nice to have space to move and live in a hotel room. The breakfast was way better than anticipated, fresh and so much choice for a continental breakfast. I was impressed, such a nice perk built into the price. Its not a super great location in the city, but it was safe and secure.

Everything! An old converted chocolate factory with a simply astonishing and delightful built in accommodation ( 4 rooms only); just excellent all round. A fabulous restaurant downstairs and if you stay in the blue room (“ooh that’s interesting” said our host) you can go straight into the speakeasy bar with Nick, the most amiable host. The room was gorgeous and as for the $30k bed oh wow! I so want a Hastens bed at home… The immediate local environment, full of drug addled people and quite dirty generally; an absolute sod to find if you are walking from the train station.

superb rooms !!! amazing ambience / breakfast delivered and great staff * given only 4 rooms - i would have probably given every room a kettle + coffee machine rather than the communal * maybe have a little ramp to aid suitcases up front stairs?

A lovely tasteful boutique set-up with just a handful of rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.

The room was spacious and really lovely. Being able to have breakfast on the balcony over the courtyard was lovely but just know it’s directly across from an office that looks back. I think the hotel facilities being women-only should have been more prominently advertised on booking.com. In the property details would be appropriate or as a caption in the photos of those facilities. I note we were messaged this by the hotel after booking (and as a reminder after it was too late to cancel). That said, we did book this hotel partly to be able to use the gym facilities during our stay so that was disappointing.

The location was great for us. We took the train from Windsor (via Detroit) to Union Station and took in a concert at Massey Hall, all within a short distance of one another. My wife loved the big shower and the bathtub. The continental breakfast was fabulous!. We were not fans of the down pillows or the down comforter. We would have preferred sturdier pillows and a blanket alternative instead of the heavy comforter.

The rooms were spacious and the location was really good, close to public transport and bath salts were a nice touch While the rooms were lovely for the cost the breakfast was really basic, some pastries, yoghurt and coffee/tea/juice. The staff were also a mixed bag in terms of experience not sure it’s worth the price tag

Everything was very good apart from breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. Fruit was past it’s best, orange juice was from carton and muffin was dry.
