Nothing. I dealt with two staff members. One was courteous and reasonable but he did not offer to return my money even though I left a few hours after arriving. The other staff person I dealt with was abrupt and not a natural service person to say it diplomatically. When I got into the room, I found that the TV had no signal. They told me TV was an extra $30. So I begrudgingly paid the thirty bucks only to find out it still didn't work. They gave me a remote that was wrapped in plastic with stickers on it so it was difficult to figure out where some of the buttons were. But that didn't matter anyway because the TV still didn't work anyway. I paid $30 for nothing. The security door between the lobby and the residential area requires a code but the buttons are so small and at such an angle that you literally have to kneel down so that your eyes are at the door handle level to see the numbers. As soon as you open thay door tou realize in an instant that the building smells musty. And not faintly. It smells like walking into the basement of a house that was built in the 1940s. While the room had surely been tidied and cleaned before I arrived, everything just felt like I didn't want to touch anything without gloves on. The light beside the bed was broken so it couldn't be set where you want it. It just dangles against the wall and falls right back down when you try to place it upright. Because I was in Toronto for a two day conference, I tired to just ignore it all and just go to sleep so I could get out again in the morning and forget it. Not a chance. After being in bed for an hour or so, I felt something moving across my chest. Once I got the light on, I could see it was an insect. That was the last straw. I got dressed and packed and checked out. When I told the person at the front desk about the insect in the bed, he abruptly said "did you take a picture?" I was so upset I just didn't even have it in me to deal with it.

Location is good, place is quiet. Also there are places for shower and cooking. guarantee deposit is too high

The proximity to St. Michael hospital was the reason for booking this location. The decor of the room was straight out of a 1980's thrift store.

Nothing This is a scamming shitty "hotel" with two names - Saint Lawrence/Moe's Hotel (which is super sketchy to begin with). On Booking they charge prices as a real hotel, but they offer tiny rooms with no windows or closet with a mini fridge in the middle of the room (nowhere else to put it) and a shared rotting shower. There's no natural flow of air and I got the room with a stench of Chlorex. I paid about $200 a night for this, without cancelation option, and Booking couldn't/didn't help. The funny thing is this forsaken "hotel" offering suites for walk-ins for less than what I paid for this tiny room. When I asked to be moved to a suite, they said it'll cost me $100 more per night. Just improvised a price on the spot. That was, btw, the first and last time I saw anyone at the reception. They are there for a few hours midday. No one to talk to in the morning/evening. Beware and don't go for this scam. They should close this dubious operation. And I don't trust Booking anymore for having this unvetted business on their website, and charging so much for a horrible stay.

At least the air conditioner was working The elevator is not available, so u have 2 to carry your heavy bags. You have to use small narrow stairs.. Wifi was not working Bed spread, sheet, and comforter were so dirty looking. The hot water was not coming often. In the middle of a shower, cold water used to come rather than hot.
