The staff were exceptional. The room was spacious. Could not get a hot shower, only lukewarm. Room not soundproof as advertised. Linen not changed every 3 days as advertised

The Hazelton Hotel thoroughly deserves its reputation, my plaudits and my rating on this review, which is that my stay was exceptional and enjoyable. All aspects of our stay in Toronto where taken to another level by our stay at this lovely hotel. Convenient location, great staff throughout from the welcoming door staff, through to the efficient reception, to the room staff. Informative and helpful concierge, superb breakfast. Great spa and leisure pool. This hotel is complete and a credit goes out to the management and staff of the Hazelton Hotel. Service and facilities without too much fuss. Hotel stays rarely get better. Well done
