Beautiful hotel, very stylish and comfortable. Great decor, felt luxurious and practical at the same time. Easy walk to all downtown amenities. There’s a great little gelato place opposite too! We were a little bit disappointed with the restaurant. We only ate one meal there but it was expensive, the service was slow & the food a bit disappointing. My husband had a pasta arrabiata dish which was so spicy it was unpleasant. The waiter who cleared our table said he usually advises about this but the server who took our order didn’t do this.

Great location and price. The cleanliness left something to be desired, the in room minibar was empty, and there was no way to contact the front desk via the room phone, only via WhatsApp or mobile phone. The WiFi setup was confusing, I couldn't buy sparkling water at the hotel despite it having a restaurant, and there was no room service either.

Good sized clean rooms! Lovely, friendly staff particularly the breakfast staff! Good food options! The woodfired pizzas were superb! Brilliant location! Lots of surrounding restaurants. Can't fault our stay apart from the member of staff who checked us in! He didn't explain the facilities clearly and forgot to give us the breakfast coupons!

the room and the cleanliness i paid for a breakfast for me and my son and the restaurant was under maintenance so we got one banana one croissant and a cup of yoghurt and we have dietary restrictions.. i paid to get a proper breakfast cause my son had an exam.. it was a major disappointment. i would have booked somewhere else!! i paid for nothing

Stylish hotel. Great location. It was very noisy. They even had earplugs on our bed side with a note saying” If gets noisy use these” I find it a bit absurd for an hotel to acknowledge the noise but offer earplugs as a solution! And!yes, it was noisy!! It felt like an airplane!!

Nothing as the hotel was not able to deliver the promised service. Last minute the hotel redirected me to stay in another hotel. I paid the same price but without being able to compare the service and standards expected to be offered by Anndore House and the other hotel. There was no complimentary offer or discount for the inconvenience caused to me.
