The location of the W Toronto is simply unbeatable, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Having direct access to the subway right next to the building is a huge advantage and makes getting around Toronto incredibly convenient. Everything is within easy reach, whether you’re looking for restaurants, shopping, or attractions. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The only aspect that wasn’t quite to my taste was the very dark ambiance of the rooms. I personally prefer brighter, more naturally lit interiors, so the overall design felt a little too dim for me. That said, I fully recognize this is a matter of personal preference rather than a shortcoming of the hotel, and many guests will likely appreciate the stylish, intimate atmosphere that the W brand is known for.

He location was excellent for restaurants and sights. The room was not comfortable or functional. Lots of glass and marble. Glass doors on toilet and shower were very awkward. No vanity to get ready for to put stuff.. no drawers to store clothes. Basically the designer went for looks over comfort.
