My toddler found an open bottle of prescription drugs in the hotel room that the cleaners missed. When I brough it to the front desk all they said was "So sorry, it won't happen again. Here is $50 for breakfast." Ridiculous.

The bathroom iss a bit small

The overall stay was really impressive, the staffs were all professional and the hotel location was the icing on the cake. I can’t say because everything was good for me.

Everywhere was clean, and customer service was amazing. No breakfast buffet

No bootle of waters, had to drink tap water, no rug on the shower floor, stains on bed sheets and towels, no slippers, no warnings about random noises in the morning.

Beautiful modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the view from the room. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect for exploring Toronto. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

Location was good, only a few hundred yards to the closest underground station. The hotel bar/ restaurant were also very good. There is variety for take out food in the area and a few restaurants close by. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly. The room was good quality, gym was great - we didn't visit the pool but could see it from our room and always appeared quiet. The beds/ pillows were excellent. The only thing that was slightly frustrating was that when our room was serviced there were a few times when only one towel (bath sheet) was replaced, despite being two of us in the room. Other than that it was a really nice hotel.

It's the perfect hotel: kind greetings when you arrive, an attentive yet non-intrusive valet service, a safe location with walking access to some of Toronto's coolest neighborhoods (and subway access to the rest of the city), multiple pharmacies and supermarkets within two blocks, a clean room with the best showers and mattresses in town, a gigantic TV, effective climate control *and* an operational window for fresh air, and even complimentary umbrellas. We couldn't even hear the neighbors except when we were in the hallway! It would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom, or a full door to the bathroom, as it can be hard to maintain privacy when sharing the room. It could also be a little small if you intend to spend a lot of time in your room, but it's in line with similarly-priced hotels in a dense urban center; they make the most of the space and we never felt cramped.

Clean property

Staff were very nice. Location was good. The bed was ok however it was difficult getting comfortable watching tv, pillows were were too bulky. Room was too small especially the bathroom. Everything felt too small and cramped. The water station in the hallway was broken, so you had to walk to the other side to get water to drink. We had little privacy since our room faced the hallway so you had to keep the blackout curtasin closed. The electrical controls for lights were difficutl to see. Our hallway was hot and gloomy.

Staff seemed somewhat unsure of how to get to near by venues.
