The room sizes are absolutely great! Everything was cool, the lobby can be a little small, but it’s ok.

Great location and fantastic room! The front desk staff are super helpful, patient, and professional.

Excellent location. Close to all major attractions. Walking distance to Mirvish theatre and to Eaton Centre, CN Tower, Rodger’s Centre and Scotia Bank Arena. No complaints

Was cute and comfortable No restaurant. And being woken up several times by noisy neighbors. Went to desk to complain a couple times.

Location, staff and rooms were excellent Bathroom needed a bit of a refresh, however this was such a minor issue that it didn’t really make a difference to us.

The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable and the room was larger than average with a kitchenette. Everything was functional. I was in room 511 and when I first entered the room I was very surprised by how worn out the room was compared to the photos. The carpet was worn, dirty and stained, there was an old desk where table and chairs were supposed to be. The furniture was worn. I got used to it but the difference between what was offered online and what I experienced was quite a surprise.

Dated. Some mould on bathtub. Vents had not been dusted in a long time given the dust you saw through it. One of the staff broke something of mine and hotel did not want to pay for it and staff member was going to pay part of it but I did not accept her salary money. For a sold out hotel who refused to pay 20.00 I could never be more disappointed and will not recommend it.

Our stay at the Cambridge suites was very positive great location to walk or uber to many venues , clean, very quiet, large suite, and very friendly staff. They allowed us to keep our luggage there for 6 hrs after check out and come back to pick up before we left! Didn’t have to lug them around all day in the heat. A very nice bonus . The only thing that was frustrating and that we were not aware of was the size of the beds. It was the only room that we could fit a family of 5 people, and the booking said 2 doubles, and a double pull out sofa. The 2 beds in the bedroom were not doubles at all, which was a surprise. They were oversized twins . The headboards that were mounted on the wall were doubles, and there was a big space on either side, so you could tell the bed was far smaller. So 2 adults sleeping on that was very uncomfortable sadly at night. Otherwise the hotel was great. Just wished the beds were advertised for what they were

The Hotel is close to some Tourist spots... but unfortunately that's all to say about what we liked... The hotel is in a generally poor state of repair. The furniture, carpets, walls and ceilings are outdated and visibly worn, and a comprehensive renovation is urgently required. The bathroom is in an even worse condition, particularly the toilet and the so-called shower. The “shower” consists merely of a showerhead installed above the bathtub. The bathtub is badly discoloured, the grout and sealant around it have largely deteriorated or disappeared, and mould is visible in several areas around the fixtures. Overall, the hotel may have been acceptable thirty years ago, but today it appears severely neglected and is arguably beyond renovation. It certainly does not meet the European standards one would expect in this price category. For this reason, I would not consider staying at this hotel again on any future trip to Toronto.

The bed only. Very old furniture, and equipments. Dont pay for the breakfast, its the saddest thing on earth, better spend your 20$ somewhere else. Its insane that you pay thousands of dollars for couple of nights and you get this quality. And parking is not included, when I asked why is it not, the guy answered “its downtown”
