Located within downtown Toronto, this student co-op lends rooms out to the public throughout the summer. The hotel is an 8 minutes' walk from the Dundas TTC subway station. Neill Wycik Hotel offers private rooms with shared washrooms and a kitchen area. Rooms include linens, a small towel and a bar of soap. Daily housekeeping is also available. The property also has 24/7 security and front desk staff. A five-item continental breakfast is served daily in the café from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Additional breakfast items can be purchased. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, freezer, and stove. Cutlery, drinkware, plates, pots, and pans are not available. Rood decks are located on the 4th, 5th, and 23rd floors and offer views of the city and garden. Lounge areas include the ground floor Cafe and 22nd floor Hanke lounge. Neill Wycik Hotel is walking distance from many downtown Toronto attractions: Allan Gardens is 4 minutes' walk, The Eaton Center is 8 minutes' walk and Union station is 20 minutes' walk away. Please note that this property is not equipped with Air Conditioning. Guests will be provided a fan in each room.

Room dirty. Floor sticky hair all on it. Asked staff to clean and after this cleaned the floor again myself with hotel towel and dirt and hair covered the towel.

The Neil Wycik Hostel is near the shopping mall There are various restaurants within walking distance from the Neil Wycik Hostel The subway is near the Neil Wycik Hostel There are elevators in the Neil Wycik Hostel There was poor air circulation in my room I recommend using stronger more powerful whole room fans in the rooms

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very decent. And very glad you accept cash payment for rooms.

This facility looks like a prison or correctional Institutions cameras are everywhere so it give you feeling of security This facility doesn’t have air conditioner on the upper floors so , temperature inside of your room 95 F at 6 o’clock in the morning the sun is hitting your window and you are swimming in your own sweat in a bed so,we ask about fan they said that it’s require additional pay of $20 even though it’s said breakfast included, but you have five items exactly like in prison. You allowed to order one cup of coffee it’s first if you want cup of tea that second little yogurt, makes three out of five apple or orange, four, an English muffin with egg patty-five if by any chance don’t like something or it’s not enough for you you have to pay additionally

Basically, the only place I can afford in Toronto. Location is where I want to be. Breakfast is included. Shared washroom is only between about four rooms. It is a student dorm with a fan, lumpy single bed, and washroom down the hall. Windows are blocked from opening more than a couple of inches.

Location is pretty central. Lots around at walking distance. Any Uber is basically only $10 because it’s close to everything. Even from the airport it was a decent price. Breakfast does the job. Staff is friendly and helpful. Even if the building is old, it was clean. I like the 24/7 security at the front desk. It was extremely hot in the room. No AC. Can’t really open the windows. And the fan they put in the room is a cheap one that makes more noise than cooling down the room. We ended up turning off the fan as it was not helping. So if you stay during a heat wave, it’s tough.

I’ve never stayed at Neill Wycik, but I really liked it. I’ll stay there now; it’s very good and comfortable.

It was nice to have your own room, which was good. There was a lounge area in the apartment with couches to hang out. Don't expect much from the breakfast. It's below basic. You only get 5 items and on the second day they were out of a lot of it. They didn't even have bread left. It wasn't the fault of the staff but they weren't accommodating when I tried to get a second of their vegetarian sandwiches, at least, insisting I can only get a bacon one. Not a good experience.

Roof garden! On the other hand, the Calm and Safe area is the most effective environment for everyone who stays there. Breakfast should have more items or have an option to amite this field, or give options like sandwich or Pizza instead of breakfast I mean give the customer Food services for meal if you force the breakfast! You can improve the items of your cafe or change it in another way……! By the way, the breakfast option is weak.

The location It was old, had no AC, the breakfast was not filling and healthy, the floor smelled awful, and none of the furniture was comfortable.

Staff at the front desk were helping. My phone charger was lost from the room. I believed it would be secure to keep everything inside the room but apparently it wasn't.

It was quiet and very clean.

Proximity to everything is great Bathrooms have no soap, or paper towels to dry your hands. They have a TV in the cafe but none in the common room in each quad.

The mattress was not comfortable.
