Great location… the large area for unloading and valet service, which is protected from the weather and is easy to access, was a bonus! EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS SMILING AND MARVELOUSLY HELPFUL! ??? Nothing!

Great location. Staff very pleasant. Check in delayed by 1hr 15. Almost missed a very important meeting. Bathroom cleanliness not exactly what I expect from a property of this standard. Human hair in the shower.

Good room, excellent location, friendly front desk reception Restaurant and bar upstairs were difficult and unfriendly. It was a mission to be seated and get a beer at the bar upstairs and reception at restaurant downstairs were unfriendly
