Everything, especially the Morning Staff (Front desk: Molly and the guy standing on the side near the elevator Majud who received our luggages for storage while we go explore Toronto.) Thank you for all your help and you both are so cheerful, warm and very welcoming. Being placed at the entrance welcoming guests are perfect for both of you. Thank you. Nothing.

Very short walk to Rogers Center close to Train station and Billy Bishop airport. Great location in the entertainment core of Toronto. Very expensive hotel. I was willing to pay for location but expected better. Shower flooded the bathroom not sealed properly. Room was not nicely decorated. Looked tired and worn. For 810. A night we had a view of a roof. Very disappointing

Everything except the pool and so called steam room. I mean the steam room was colder than the corridor leading to it.. The pool area is not too inviting and as mentioned there practically is no steam room in operation as far as I could see.
