Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Torrance Blvd

I've been coming to the extended stay when I need to get away and they never disappoint everything is wonderful they will always be my home away from home!

Prefer to not pay for another pet fee as I stayed 2 more nights and am in the same room. The dogs are all well behaved. Wouldn't know any pets were here. The bag dispenser with the waste bin below missed having a liner. Currently am not using compostable bags so everything is intact!

It’s so dirty and smells very bad Staff is rude and there is no room service. They don’t clean the room or bathroom when you staying . You have to take your towel downstairs for laundry if you want new one. Breakfast is just coffee and tasteless muffins. I will not recommend this hotel

Yes the property is nice place, outside and inside, my wife like this hotel for the freezer, because got A regular freezer like home.

The front door to the establishment did not have a metal plate indoors or outdoors on the wall to accommodate the disabled with a wheelchair or a walker.

There were places to go to around the area No parking, No luggage carrier, we use the stairs and it smell like sewer, I ask for towels and they told me I would have to take them to the front desk and they will give me more in two hours. When I first got there they tried to give me a queen bed suite room which I paid for a king bed suite room so i had to return a hour later for my room.

Staff was useless and unhelpful. Rooms weren’t maintained well and had roaches.

Poop dont stay there.

The smell was unbearable. The hallways smelled like mildew.

The breakfast was misleading. Gosh, i expected pancakes or cereal to be offered, instead, they only gave me and my family coffee and protein bars. We were upset because we were hungry. Also everything that we needed was behind the counter, so we always had to ask for simple stuff like cups, mugs, spoon and forks, and other daily stuff. It doesn’t make a lot of sense. Another thing is in the hotel room is if you use the shower or the bathtub, then the water wont stop properly. It was still leaking and i have expected it to stop when we come back. The most important thing is than the room floors and ceilings are thin. I could hear footsteps on top of our room and the floor feels very light, its like if you walk on glass, and if you walk too rough then it will break. Thats how i felt when walking, its like you cant walk too much because any hard footsteps are alerting to the room below. A good thing is there is a seven 11 nearby it really helps throughout this experience <3

As far as this last stay, complaints similar although not as bad as last time. They still have LOUSY Internet service!! Could not keep a good connection at all and had to keep going to coffee spots with free wifi due to bad connection in the room! Room wasn't that clean and they are very stingy with giving out linens! The room had a nasty pungent smell, like someone had previously smoked pot in the room. The toilet backed up again like last time. So annoying! The front desk folks, with the exception of one guy, everyone else not very friendly or helpful. They need better training dealing with the public. I know this property has a lot of homeless people, so maybe that's why the staff not that friendly, who knows. As a paying customer I feel I deserve better! Anyway, that's about it. Kelly O
