Rooms could have been cleaner, and towel services needs improvement

My go to from home away from home. Love the space the rooms offer & the amenities. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice.

Free parking and buffet breakfast were great. Very nice courtyard and well maintained landscaping. The rooms are noisy if you are on the ground floor. Not well soundproofed. While the room was clean it had an odor which was not great. I was also surprised it could take 10 business to refund the deposit.

Facility is good enough for a week by single traveller None

Everything! Our room was very clean. I wish pool hours were until 11pm

Love how spacious it was I didn’t like that the my kids were kicked out the pool before 10pm by one of the cleaners . I have filed a complaint & was promised points to my sonesta app and haven’t received them .

Needs elevators or let people know that they have rooms on the 3rd floor without elevators

Decent property, helpful staff. Beds are terrible, room smelled like a joint for the first 3 days, puke that was cleaned next to bed, and hot tub full of hair. Supposed to get a discount but haven't seen anything. Would be a decent spot if they would clean up a few things....

Location was good, rooms were spacious and staff was friendly Rooms weren’t clean and smelled funny. Cleaned room myself upon check in. Drove to target to grab cleaning supplies

Our place to stay when we go LA doesnt matter how far we are from places im staying here. Super comfortable super clean.

Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs and potatoes for hot food, or oatmeal. Some fresh fruit, cereals and toast also available. Fairly basic but filled us up! Our first night we didn't get the crib we requested, so we had difficulty with our one year old! We had messaged the hotel specifically about this beforehand and emailed and called them but still had this problem. Next day received a crib but the first night was a major problem.
