Very clean TV didn’t work and no hot water the 2nd night. WiFi didn’t really work either

The location was ok the room was ok The appliances were not adapted for the Italian plug sockets had to ask for adaptor for the appliances that they provided Kept getting ants twice we have to ask to get rid off them There is also the noise for the pool pump which used for next doors swimming pool when we kept the window open We will not be going back to the hotel

Big room, working AC We booked family room with a double bed and two single beds. We got double and bunk bed. The hotel didn't accept our complain, eventualy we got tiny discount. Also, family rooms are on 2nd floor, That's not ideal at all. Firstnight, there was a super loud live concert right in front of the hotel till after midnight. Hot water only sometimes (solar heating only). + Weird smell in the area. Definetly not worth to recommend

Very friendly staff and good location. Bugs and ants everywhere in the room, no shadow at all on the terrace.

The room was clean and very spacious, we had bunk beds for the kids. No noise from outside, the hotel is walking distance from the restaurants, and there is also parking lot right in front of the hotel. We didn’t mind there was no breakfast at the hotel because you can have a very good coffee and croissant or something similar in many places. Nothing.

great position, nice size room & bathroom, super clean, nice and cool, friendly, helpful staff The room needs blinds, at the moment just black- out curtains, which we couldn't open as the room was overlooked on every window, so no natural light in the room. Warning sign about step down onto balcony. This is a constructive criticism rather than a complaint. we enjoyed our stay here & would stay again without hesitation.
