The room too much old furniture, and not clean

Location was great. Elevator to the beach, plus almost directly across from the train station and plenty of shopping and food located in the area. It’s a bit outdated but it doesn’t take away from the comfort.

Proximity to beach and walking distance from everything. Clean, breakfast was good, Jose and the restaurant was absolutely amazing and accommodating. He really went out of his way to take care of the guests. We could hear the dining room chairs being moved around every night around 10-11pm. The hot tub was closed. Emilio at the restaurant was very rude multiple days in a row and lied about allergy information instead of just saying he didn’t know. He was constantly acting like the guests were an inconvenience.

Location was very convenient with easy access to the beach and a great view. The bed was too short for my liking.

The staff was generally very welcoming and helpful. The location to the beach, the center of town and the train station are great. The breakfast buffet was one of the best ever. The views from most of the rooms aren’t great. There’s a very large hotel blocking the beach view. The early closing of the pool and gym hours are annoying. The gym needs towels and a water dispenser. The refrigerator in the room was very small.

My third stay at this hotel, could not fault the staff service, location, and enjoyment staying here. The dining room and food were excellent, I especially love the roof top terrace with fantastic views. The evening entertainment on two of the nights was very good, and the pool area is lovely to relax and swim. nothing, really enjoyed every aspect of the stay.

The location of this hotel is great. Near to bars, restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. Bed was slightly too soft for my liking and there could have been more beds around the pool.

Nice staff, good location, good installations, good breakfast, nice bar, nice pool area. I did not like not having USB outlets instead of a normal outlets on ly side of the bed. I guess it's better for international tourists.

Hotel was clean and pleasant, staff were helpful, Room had an amazing view.

Dinner was unnecessary to include. Many really good, fairly priced restaurants around. Some hotel dinners during some of the nights were simply awful. Saturday dinner was the highlight (lots of seafood), but Friday and Sunday dinners it was so bad. Sometimes, not fresh onion rings, or potatoes not cooked, hard to eat (low-quality meat) and etc. Charging 5.70 euros for a small bottle of water and a glass of wine also seems unnecessary, but this is just my opinion. And, the value of what the property is was a bit too much. After the EUR to USD conversion, the night became $250 per person per night, which is a bit too much for what the property is.

Very nice place and close to the beach.

The elevator to the beach makes this property worth it. Hotel feels dated. Rooms need a refresh but I’d stay again.
-
Location to say access to the main part of town and also to the beaches s

Location Food quality, age and quality of furniture, a/c not strong enough
-
They gave a tiny room on a noisy street, torn curtains, plumbing problems, etc.

The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and good maintenance. It's not worthy of a 4-star. Please replace the doors and make them soundproof. When we walked into the room, we had to request the cleaning service as the floor was dusty and dirty.

Need to add shelves to the cupboard

Breakfast is great and location is awesome They rent pool towels, food on dinner is not very good and staff is not as friendly as the one in breakfast

The hotel is an older property but with charm and vintage feel. The rooms are fairly basic and comfortable, with large balcony space. The best part was the modern renovated bathrooms and large walk in shower. The pool was nice and the beach was just a short walk away, which made the location ideal. Train station is 5 mins walk with regular service to Malaga (including airport). Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options. We ended up choosing to eat at the hotel often because the meals were consistently impressive and good value. The staff were really friendly. The check-in process was overly complicated and frustrating. Although we had already provided our credit card details through Booking.com, the hotel required us to enter them again via a separate hotel portal. There was no clarity on when or how the card would be charged. Just days before our arrival, we received an alarming message stating that our card was "invalid" and that our reservation might be canceled within 24 hours if not resolved asap. We were traveling from France at the time, and this added unnecessary stress before our stay. In any case, we contracted the hotel and they confirmed it was fine to pay on arrival. Our bed was smaller than expected, a queen rather than a king, but this may be standard in Spain and didn't affect our comfort. However, no separate towels were provided for the pool, so we had to use the ones from our bathroom. The pool area lacked energy, there was no background music, and the pool bar was only open sporadically, which affected the overall atmosphere.

the room was pleasant, very comfortable beds, and nice big fluffy towels. Unfortunately when I got up in the night there were several cockroaches in the bathroom. I did tell the maid and ask her to spray something , but they appeared again on the second night.
