⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ All good

The property is spotless; the staff is constantly cleaning every area daily. Staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out to Pablo) Buffet breakfast excellent -love the dining area Location: excellent-great to be right across from the beach and to have access to the long boardwalk. Furniture in our room was a bit dated. Although breakfast was excellent- perhaps could alternate some of the hot food

Restaurant at poolside has poor menu and choice. Not many eating there Shower in room was over bath and difficult to step in.

Our room was too warm. Staff tried to fix AC but didn’t help

Location is great. Good swimming pool. Good buffet for breakfast and dinner I encountered a rudeness from a waiter in the buffet. Old waiter told me off for setting in a table that was not assigned for breakfast even though there was no sign to tell so. In the dinner buffet, they don’t even offer water. You have to pay for every drink, even though you paid for it. You have to pay rental for safe box and even kettle Then don’t put drinking water daily in the room. The bed which was supposed to be a king size is very small, not really enough for two. There was no blankets on the bed, just a sheet. You need to deposit money just to get pool towels. The internet always stops and is slow.

Very central well maintained hotel with lovely staff. The Tropicana Beach Club had exceptional food and friendly beach staff. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent. All fresh food and plenty of choice.

The location, Staff and breakfast buffet and pool area was great. They run the place like it’s back in the 1900s with some inconveniences. My husband and I have traveled plenty all over the world and this place was a disappointment. For example, they run the place with everything written down on paper. Which makes it hard for tracking purposes. For example, we asked for early breakfast since we had an early flight and the staff wrote down our room number and when I went to retrieve the picnic breakfast, our room was not on there. There was a list of rooms when I watched the staff member write down our room number but in the AM, the list of room numbers were so short. Another inconvenience is having to pay Euros (you have to walk to an ATM if you don’t have cash on you) to get pool towels and you have to save the paper slip to get the Euro deposit back. The staff were general unconcerned about the experience and generally referred to it as “it’s just the rules…and i didn’t make them.” We’d suggest strongly avoiding this if you want to have at least a mediocre experience. This was abysmal.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were excellent being very spacious and with good facilities. The food was very good, with a good selection of different dishes including gluten free options. The pool area was immaculate and led directly on to the back and promenade. A lovely place and will definitely stay there again if down this way. Parking was available but in a pay car park next door. It was discounted which was a plus.

Utsikten Rude personell at the reception. The photos shown are deceptive and not upto the mark. For every service they charge you extra. The hotel charges you extra for breathing too. Pathetic hotel

Hotel a little dated , rooms could do with updating / modernising Hotel lobby smelt of bleach / cleaning product which although makes it seem clean the smell was overpowering Plenty of breakfast choice , ok for our last night before heading home but stayed in better on our trip

Good staff responsiveness. There was a strange aroma that I didn't like. It reminded me of a nursing home. There was a parking lot, but not included in price.
