The location and the breakfast. It was very rundown. We believed the pictures, especially of the kids pool that looked so much fun. There was nothing spraying water like in the pictures.

Staff are very kind and polit Nothing!

They could be more sympathetic/empathetic.

Nice property with an interesting history. Kept beautifully by a hard-working, friendly staff. The food was well prepared, nicely presented and plentiful. The access to the boardwalk and beach was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was not as good. The first room we received was small and uncomfortable. The weather was cold, and the air conditioning system could not properly heat the room. As a result, I got sick, and we could not sleep comfortably. After we complained, the reception staff responded immediately and changed our room, which was much better. We really appreciated their quick assistance. However, the building’s sound insulation is not good, and you can hear a lot of noise. There was also construction work in the hotel during our stay (around the pool area, garden, and sea view rooms). We visited in February, so future guests may want to be aware of this. Breakfast was acceptable, but the coffee was not good, and there was no fresh orange juice available. The building itself is old very small pool area. It would be good for 3 stars hotel

We love the perfect location, just open the back door and we're walking along the beach, with many restaurants, cafes and shops. We feel like home. We had to pay for parking, 16 euro per night, and the last 2 days we had problem with the parking gate didn't open and because of that we were blocked to go to my kids activity which we already booked and paid in advance, which is canyoning in Benahavis, 1 hour drive away. We didn't trust the parking facility at the last day we stay because we didn't want to risk missing our flight from Sevilla. So we paid fully 6 nights parking $96 but we didn't use the facility completely. It would be great if the hotel can apologize and show some gesture, but no. Second thing is the air conditioner, didn't work at night, we had to open our windows

The location was very good.. close to the beach/ Marina and shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the pools were wonderful. Even though there was plenty of food and lots of variety, The quality of the food just wasn't quite there. I also have to say the price of food and alcohol and even the price of water was enough to put me off spending any money at the hotel. I will say that overall I found Malaga very expensive for what it offers. So I guess the hotel just follows the same line.
