Central, Heated swimming pool, Upgraded room on arrival, Fantastic air conditioning

Location was perfect. right by the sea and within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and bars. Great views over the pool and to the sea but make sure you get the right room. The rooms lwith views to the road were not so wonderful. The rooms were quiet not much noise from corridors or outside. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Warm, welcoming and very helpful . The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a great variety - although they could do with another coffee machine. Tried the bar in the evening but it was very lacking in atmosphere. There are many great bars around so we didn't stop Lots of work going on around - it being off-season but although the entrance looked like a building site there wasn't too much noise. Very irritating cleaning lady banging doors [ our room and our families rooms]} at 9a.m on Sunday morning asking what time we were leaving even though check-out wasn't until 12. I told her we would be leaving at 11a.m but she still came and knocked on the door twice before then.

Poor staff service. No toiletries. Room was dated.

Great Staff, very friendly always willing to help. Daily breakfast was recommended by the front desk staff upon arrival and it was an absolute home run, definitely recommend. Food prices by the pool bar were very reasonable but the food was even better. Good daily entertainment, helpful assistance for Car Rental & Transportation with very fast service. Ok, although the Staff does a good upkeep of the installation and room cleaning staff was very friendly and willing to help but our room could use a little better care in some areas. Some light bulbs were burned, the beds were not the most comfortable and daily cleaning could be a little more detail.

Breakfast was nice but wasn't varied. Mattress was old.

Staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Room was nice. Breakfast was amazing. Overall a great stay. I would have liked to have a washcloth. ?

The location is superb. Staff friendly and welcoming. Whilst we had a sea view room it was at the very back room 401 along the corridor towards the front if the building would have been better . A room plan could be made available to choose your room .

Location, room view, pool, breakfast It was a gift for my father's birthday and the hotel charged him instead of charging the credit card in the reservation. Also they did not tell them about the complementary gift for the upgrade (water, cava and donuts) and they were not aware these were free.

Nice and clean, great location and staff. Particularly loved Frankie and his music, quiz and general friendly nature. He is an asset to this hotel. Also loved the roof top bar.

The location how clean it was. The staff were very friendly Can’t say as I was only there for 1 night but from what I saw I would like to go stay there for longer

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, and being right on the beachfront was perfect. There were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, all within walking distance. The room was very clean and serviced daily. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there were so many charming cafés just a short walk away. The staff were all lovely and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Good black out curtains and room lighting. Very noisy as room on 1st floor and right above hotel entrance. Near lift so lots of noise in the corridor too. Bathroom very very small!

Ideal location next to the beach and marina. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops close by. Staff lovely, kind and attentive. People reserving sun beds, but this is an issue across most hotels!
