The hotel has been totally refurbished and this was the first day they opened. Naturally there were a few gremlins to deal with. Beautiful decor and quality of fittings. First class musical duo at night Poor choice of wine by the glass. Only BBC news channel in English whereas there were TV channels in German, French, Dutch and the Scandinavian languages. This seems to be a policy of the RIU chain, not to have English TV. Couldn't fathom out soap dispensers.

The breakfast was very good. The evening meal was average. Loved the pool and the outside cafe/bar. Brilliant location and view. Exceptionally clean. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again Free drinking water would have been good. The shower pressure was dreadful, just a small trickle

I couldn't fault the hotel one bit. Felt like a VIP from the second we checked in and were greeted by a huge smile from Raquel on reception and offered a glass of bubbly right until I left. Can't wait to come back. Everything was perfect!

Location was good The room we were in was awful looking out over 2 busy streets with constant noise couldn’t get a good night sleep in 3 days and wouldn’t want to go back if this was all the rooms but unfortunately we were unlucky to get room with traffic and noise until 330am

It was ok The cleaners just walked in the room every morning just one knock on the door and just walked in on top off us very wrong they done it 3 morning of our stay and were very noisy
